This condo has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and features two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Bedding includes one King size bed, one Double bed, and one roll-away. It also has an outside shower located outside the building. There are two TV's with VCR and DVD players for rainy day convenience. The condo is extremely well maintained, and completely stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and loads of other cooking utensils for your convenience.
There is covered and uncovered parking available with easy access to the elevator with carts available for moving in for your dream vacation.
To reserve the week of your choice, a signed Rental Agreement and one half of the weekly rate must be received. The balance of the weekly rate, the Damage Deposit, and Rental Tax would be due two months prior to check in.
