The apartment is off the street, in an 18th century building. All the windows look out on a leafy courtyard. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it has double-glazed windows throughout.
It features a bedroom, living room with bar-style kitchen, bathroom and a nook for working, complete with a computer with free high-speed internet access. The apartment is ideal for two people. It's on the 4th floor (5th floor American; no lift, sorry), so there is lots of light.
The apartment is in an area that boasts one of the best selections of restaurants of any quarter in Paris, but don’t underestimate how tempted you will be by the fresh produce on display on rue Montorgueil to try your hand at some home cooking!
It's very central – ten minutes' walk to the Louvre, Pompidou Centre, Pont Neuf or the Picasso Museum. It's just five minutes from Chatelet RER station, the fast train service to the airport. Three minutes to metro Étienne Marcel or Sentier.
