This property is located at the convenient Mountain Shadows complex, located in the center of town. Just down the street from local shops and restaurants, and a few hundred feet from the local shuttle services. While small and warm this condo can accommodate up to 9 guests. South facing corner unit gives this condo a ton of natural light which can be enjoyed while relaxing on the balcony.
This corner unit condo has two very spacious levels with high vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, sunlight and a large balcony. First level includes a bunk area with 2 twin beds, updated kitchen with bar seating for four, a cozy living area with pull-out futon-bed, plus nook area with an extra twin bed, woodburning stove, and full bath. On the second level you will find a large open loft with queen-size bed, full pull out futon bed and private full bath, with plenty of storage and dresser space.
Excellent condo amenities include a nice pool, steamy hot jacuzzi, relaxing sauna, laundry facilities. Large parking area for easy parking. For your convenience and enjoyment, there is high-speed Internet access available, 2 TV's, DVD player, CD player and cable TV. Fully stocked with all kitchen items. Towels and linens provided, along with toiletries.

I've been staying here 3 - 5 times a year for 3 seasons now. Its always clean and well stocked. Perfect for our family since theres two TV's and bathrooms. Plenty of wood. And, plenty of beds. For a smallish place, it sure does accommodate many adults. Theres plenty of parking and the shuttle stop is literally right in front of the building. Its an end unit on second floor of two floor building so little to no noise from neighbors. The spa is about 40 yards from unit. The building is a short 10 minute walk to stores and shops. Cant say enough. My fave place to stay in Mammoth.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We will definitely be back to stay. My husband, 2 daughters and myself were not ready to leave. But we never are ready to leave Mammoth. Already planning our return trip up! We really enjoyed this rental. The girls loved the bunk beds located right off the kitchen. We appreciated that the loft is large and comfortable. The two full bathrooms is a big plus as well. There was plenty of parking and we love the location. Always nice to be able to walk to dinner. Also the miniature golf is in walking distance and my daughters enjoyed that. Didn't spend much time in the condo as there are so many fun things to do in Mammoth area in the fall but when we were there we appreciated the amount of seating available so we could all spread out. We will definitely rent here again. Enjoy!
