My wife & I stayed for a 4 day long weekend with some friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we were leaving I asked if she enjoyed the weekend and her response was "It was one of the top ten weekends of my life". You can't ask for more than that. I would like to take all the credit, but the house was the reason. Views from every room - and what a view. Any closer to the lake and we would have to be on a boat. Three levels of patios to relax on - BBQ dinners - a kitchen that lacked nothing. Quiet, private, clean, comfortable - to sum up FUN. Close to hiking, casinos (although we didn't go) and shopping. If you want a place to stay in Tahoe - this is it. Don't bother with places that have "partial" views or cramped bedrooms or are so old they look condemned. We will stay here again (Kylie spoiled us!) Steve & Ann

Our family's stay in your Tahoe beach front home was amazing! From the moment we entered the front door, we were impressed by the great views that every room offered. There was more than enough space for our entire family and friends, and the ameneties were beyond adequate. Better than advertised!

If the walls and windows of the "great room" could talk, they would tell you of all the laughter and great family times they have been witness to. This is a wonderful place. No offense to Kylie, but the pictures on the website do not do this place justice. It is way more beautiful than it seems - and it already looks gorgeous on the website. The location was perfect - 7 minutes from the wedding at Edgewood and the gambling at Harrah's/ Harvey's. 5 minutes from the beach at Zephyr Cove or walk to the beach at Elk's point. 5 minutes from the Safeway that has everything you could need. And yet, miles and miles away from everything when you want peace and quiet.

We were lucky enough to spend 4 days at this lovely place and had our wedding ceremony at the front of the house, facing the lake. Despite our bad luck with the weather, this was a really magical place to be and much more beautiful than the pictures can do justice to. The views towards the lake are just stunning and the house itself is just ideal for its situation. Kylie and Anne were both lovely hosts. We take with us wonderful memories of this house - which felt immediately like a home (albeit cleaner and much more spacious than our own!). We would do our very best to return here and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a unique and inspiring place to stay.

OK so on the scale of 10 this house gets 10 and a half! Gorgeous house, very cozy, clean, comfortable. The view is unbelievable pretty much from every room. The best part is the location - right on the lake and I can't wait to return in the summer with our little one to enjoy that perfect little beach!

Amazing Home with Breathtaking Views and Wonderful Owners

We stayed here for a holiday weekend and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the owners, especially Kylie, for accommodating us on short notice. Booking the home was extremely easy and we felt so welcomed from the moment we stepped in. It was immaculate and the description and pictures definitely do not do it justice. The place and the view are spectacular!! It is right on the lake with direct access to the water. We actually cut our ski day short so we could make it back to take pictures of the sunset. The location was great and very close to Safeway, banks, the casinos, and Heavenly ski resort. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes so we were able to cook every meal at the house which was fantastic. I only wish that we could have stayed longer!!! Thank you again for sharing your home with us and we'd love to come back!!!

Elk Point South Lake Tahoe House

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! This house is one of my favorite homes I have stayed in over the years. The location is perfect, the view is breathtaking, and the access to the water was a selling point for the kids. This home provides a warm and cozy feel with plenty of space for families to enjoy themselves. You will not be disappointed.. We will be back!

Amazing Lakefront Rental

Our family came to Lake Tahoe to celebrate our uncle's 60th birthday. After considering several choices online, we decided to stay at K'Gari. We were so thankful we did because it is truely the BEST view of the lake I have ever seen. The pictures are great, but being there in person is just spectacular! The owners were so helpful in answering all of our questions and ensuring a smooth stay. Our family of 10 fit comfortably in this house and it is complete with all of the amenities. We even hired a personal chef to prepare dinner for us at the house instead of going out to a restaurant because we wanted to take advantage of every minute we were there. K'gari means paradise and this home is just that...and much more! We hope to make this an annual family trip and we will never consider staying anywhere else. Thank you for making this stay so memorable, and we look forward to many more!

50th Birthday Gathering

Our extended family-from CA, OR, FL, and NC gathered at this beautiful, enchanting lakefront home for a week of fellowship. The property is beautiful, situated on a beautiful location, fully furnished with every conceivable amenity, and the owners could not have been more tuned in to our needs, questions, and comments. From the time we inquired about this property to the present day, the owners could not have been more helpful. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, very accommodating (we had 10 people from 5-80, 2 of whom were teenagers) for out large group. The lake location is fantastic; we have stayed at various lakefront locations, but the beach at the property and the private homeowner's beach were the best. Great for snorkeling right out the back door which several of us took advantage of. The pool table was a big hit with everyone. Home is well stocked with games, books, and those great big windows looking out over the lake. We always say that Tahoe is all about the lake, and it is hard to imagine another location that puts Lake Tahoe on display in all her glory better than this home. The entire experience was extraordinary and we cannot wait to go back. Would enthusiastically recommend this property to everyone.

Lake Tahoe- Best View on the Lake

My wife and I stayed at here back in late July. Let me tell you, this is worth every penny. Everything was very simple and is located perfectly to the California/Nevada state Line. The accomidations were nothing but excellent for a romantic time. Of course, we didn't need all the bedrooms, but it was nice to have the space. The pictures on the website do not do this house justice! All in all, I will be returning to this house!! Also, Kylie was a great help with all of her knowledge of Lake Tahoe.

Your house was absolutely perfect for our small wedding. The accommodations were clean and extremely comfortable, and the views of the lake were awesome. The house put our families, who had not met each other prior to the wedding, at ease, and everybody had a good time, especially while playing pool! Having Anne perform the marriage ceremony at the house made the whole experience much more personal and intimate than it would have been elsewhere. Thanks!
