  The pictures don't do this house justice, beautiful home with everything you need right on the water. You even have your own little cove to hang out in, if the water wasn't so cold :). I would recommend this place to everyone. This is the first home I have ever rented and exceeded all my expectations and the property manager, Kylie, was great and very helpful. Also, this place is located 10 min from casinos on the California/Nevada border, 5 minutes from Zephry Cove, and 2 minutes to a supermarkey so location is a premium also. Can't say enough about this place and if you want to stay on the water this is the place to be.

  The home was beautifully constructed with taste & convenience. I usually carry Clorox wipes with me to use before staying at hotels & most vacation homes, but I did not feel that was necessary at all here. The place was immaculate. The view was one of the best I have seen on the lake & you could see Lake Tahoe from almost every room. Kylie was extremely nice & flexible & I would feel right at home to visit here again. I would recommend this to families who appreciate quality & naturistic scenery & views.

  Staying here was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The view was breathtaking and the pictures don't do it justice! Saying that we enjoyed our stay wouldn't even begin to cover what an amazing time we had. Thank you Kylie and family for making our wedding day so special!

  My family and I spent four nights at lake Tahoe . Having traveled to many detonations through out the world i can say with honesty this was on the top of our list for location and the impact of the setting. From the moment you walk past the front door and are greeted with a View rivaling any Ansel Adams portrait to the flow of the house to the lower living quarters this home has it all . A kitchen that has all the necessities you will need to cook any meal and Close proximity to the casinos and the best beach coves on the lake this house provides you with a great base for exploration of the Tahoe area . If you are looking for relaxation than you will have it . The house is in a gated community with your own private lake front . I highly recommend this home for your next vacation you will not be disappointed .

  Our group of 5 families rented two homes in Elk Point....three of the families stayed at K'Gari. We had a lovely time. Elk Point is a great neighborhood with a lovely neighborhood semi-private beach. K'Gari sits out on the point with stunning views of Lake Tahoe and a breakwater that serves as your own little "swimming pool" leading into the lake. Our group enjoyed many dinners/BBQs on the deck and patios overlooking the lake. The property was clean and well-maintained and well-provisioned and our host, Kylie, opened up the house for us in advance so nice breezes were flowing throughout. Kylie was around during the week and available to address any of our needs....but we had none! Everything was perfect. We have rented many times in Elk Point and also on the North Shore. You won't be disappointed watching the sunset from K'Gari. Enjoy!

  This house is a one of a kind gem. The views are amazing from virtually the whole house. The owners have thought of everything and provided in advance. The sound of the water down by the rocks and the views of the lake are breathtaking. We held an intimate wedding ceremony here with our family. It was perfect. We will definitely be back in the coming years to celebrate an anniversary and enjoy the peace and serenity of K'Gari. There is no comparison.

  My wife & I stayed for a 4 day long weekend with some friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we were leaving I asked if she enjoyed the weekend and her response was "It was one of the top ten weekends of my life". You can't ask for more than that. I would like to take all the credit, but the house was the reason. Views from every room - and what a view. Any closer to the lake and we would have to be on a boat. Three levels of patios to relax on - BBQ dinners - a kitchen that lacked nothing. Quiet, private, clean, comfortable - to sum up FUN. Close to hiking, casinos (although we didn't go) and shopping. If you want a place to stay in Tahoe - this is it. Don't bother with places that have "partial" views or cramped bedrooms or are so old they look condemned. We will stay here again (Kylie spoiled us!) Steve & Ann

  Our family's stay in your Tahoe beach front home was amazing! From the moment we entered the front door, we were impressed by the great views that every room offered.   We were lucky enough to spend 4 days at this lovely place and had our wedding ceremony at the front of the house, facing the lake. Despite our bad luck with the weather, this was a really magical place to be and much more beautiful than the pictures can do justice to. The views towards the lake are just stunning and the house itself is just ideal for its situation. Kylie and Anne were both lovely hosts. We take with us wonderful memories of this house - which felt immediately like a home (albeit cleaner and much more spacious than our own!). We would do our very best to return here and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a unique and inspiring place to stay.
