Rembach is adjacent to another home we manage, Seaforever, and if you need a family compound for a large group these properties could work quite well. A privacy fence with lockable gate separates the two homes.
The combined properties of Seaforever and Rembach sleeps 22 and features a 4 bedroom home, a 3 bedroom home, a carriage home and a private heated a pool.
Special features of Rembach include Terra Terracotta and maple flooring, Scandinavian design accents, fine furnishings, original artwork and a tower with panoramic Seaside, Seagrove and Gulf of Mexico views. Rembach does not permit children under the age of 6.

Inside the house, there are many seating choices beginning with 2 chairs in the foyer. The large living area has sofa, 4 side chairs, a desk with chair, large glass coffee table, 37” LCD TV with DVD and ample lighting for reading. A comfortable reading nook comes off the living room with L-shaped built-in seating, shelves full of books and a Bose stereo with CD. The dining area and kitchen open to the living room. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen features Scandinavian cabinetry, Corian counters, electric stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and French doors that open out to the private courtyard.
Ground floor king bedroom with California King Scandinavian style bed, bedside tables and wall lamps, ample storage for clothes and a personal stereo with CD. Bedroom sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs has a 25” TV, DVD and VCR. Bathroom has shower.
On the second floor, there is a King guest bedroom with desk, bedside tables and lamps, and ample storage. Twin bedroom has desk and twin bed with twin trundle. Hall bath has jetted spa tub and shower. All rooms on this floor have French doors leading to the outside balconies. On this floor’s outdoor space, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining nestled among the privacy of the live oaks.
Parking for about 4 cars, outdoor shower and charcoal grill complete the amenities. |
