Location: Wildwood, Southern Shore Region, New Jersey, USA (Steps to the Beach)

Accommodations:  Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 7-9)

Must be 25 or older to rent. No prom rentals.

This three story, 2,450 square foot townhouse is on a corner lot and just one block to the beach and boardwalk (6 blocks to the Wildwood Convention Center). Also located just steps from Wildwood Crest and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. The house is just 4 years young and kept in immaculate condition.

Entry to the house is separate from other units and there are no shared common areas. In addition, there is garage parking for one vehicle and a covered area for an additional vehicle in the driveway.

Upon entering the house there is direct access to a first floor bonus room with full bathroom. This room has been outfitted with a sleeper sofa and flat screen television. Sliding doors open up to a patio and small backyard. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and gated entrance to the backyard for easy beach access.

The second floor has a beautiful open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar (3 stools), dining area (seats 6), and living space. This room is equipped with a flat screen TV and sliding door access to the front deck. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.

The third floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry facilities. Two bedrooms have been outfitted with queen beds and brand new mattresses. The third bedroom offers a set of bunk beds with an additional single twin bed- perfect for kids!!

Rental weeks are scheduled Saturday to Saturday. Check-out time is before 10 a.m. and check-in is 3 p.m. or later. We supply all the linens (blankets, towels, comforters etc...)but ask that you bring you own beach towels.

Must be 25 or older to rent. No prom rentals.

  • We didn't want to leave!!! Loved it, had everything and more you could want or use. We chose this town home because of the guest comments and the fact that they provide towels and linens since we are from Colorado, we could not be more happy with our choice. One block to the board walk, end unit which I didn't know but loved, very close to the grocery and liquor. We stayed the end of August and will be back for sure. Had plenty of room and they provided beach chairs and beach caddy. Brad was great to work with, thanks! We'll be back for sure!

  • WONDERFUL VACATION HOUSE!!! The house was beautiful inside and out. Large and spacious which permitted our family of 6 to enjoy each other, but have space when we wanted it. There was nothing we needed that the house didnt have. Location was PERFECT - close to the beach, easy access to grocery store, restuarants, liquor store etc., but away from the noise, congestion and wildness of "Wildwood". Brad was so easy to deal with about the rental. WE HAD A WONDERFUL VACATION AND are planning on returning next year!

  • This place was absolutely PERFECT! It was in the best location ever….close to the beach yet away from the congestion & noise of the heart of Wildwood. Our family loved the place it is decorated and furnished to make you feel like “home away from home”. Before the first day was over, our kids were asking “can we come again next year”? :) We will be back next year. We are also thinking about a weekend away at the townhouse Brad has listed in P.A.. It looks just as nice, I’m sure we will have a great time there also.

  • Our family stayed at this absolutely gorgeous townhouse from July 19, 2008 to July 26, 2008. The house is immaculate and huge. I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Wildwood. It is convenient to everything yet not in a congested or noisy area. The owner has it furnished very nicely and even supplies a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart to carry everything to the beach. Having a washer and dryer was an added plus. If you your looking for the perfect place this is it!!!

  • In one word- PERFECT!! We had found our summer getaway!!..the house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and everything you could possibly need was there..great location from the beach and boardwalk..quiet street and neighborhood.. Our family did not want to leave because it felt just like home...We will definitely be back in the future!
