Sliding doors open up to a patio and small backyard. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and gated entrance to the backyard for easy beach access.
The second floor has a beautiful open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar (3 stools), dining area (seats 6), and living space. This room is equipped with a flat screen TV and sliding door access to the front deck. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.
The third floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry facilities. Two bedrooms have been outfitted with queen beds and brand new mattresses. The third bedroom offers a set of bunk beds with an additional single twin bed- perfect for kids!!
Rental weeks are scheduled Saturday to Saturday. Check-out time is before 10 a.m. and check-in is 3 p.m. or later. We supply all the linens (blankets, towels, comforters etc...)but ask that you bring you own beach towels.
Must be 25 or older to rent. No prom rentals. |
