This charming coastal cottage has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and sleeps up to 10 people. After a day at the beach, make memories riding bikes or playing tennis with the family.
Completely redecorated by the new owner, every room of this two-story home has hardwood floors, ceiling fans and 10 foot ceilings on the ground floor. The WaterColor community has 4 pools, a beach club and 4 bikes onsite for your use on the miles of nature.
Ground Floor: Gracious front porch outfitted with 4 Adirondack chairs invites you into the home. Large combined living room and dining room allow for together time. Living room features a sofa, 2 plush side chairs and ottoman, coffee table, LCD TV, DVD and lamps. Dining table seats up to 8 people. Fully stocked galley-style kitchen features granite countertops, ample cabinetry including a pantry, and stainless Kitchenaid appliances: frig with icemaker, glass top range with warming drawer, dishwasher and microwave. Pass-through breakfast bar has 4 bar stools. Queen bedroom features armoire with 25” TV/DVD/VCR and a pocket door to the hall bath. King master bedroom has French doors leading to the screen porch, 2 bedside tables with lamps, LCD TV and a private bath with granite vanity sink and walk-in shower. Hall bathroom with marble vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room has stacked washer and dryer. Wireless internet and stereo system.
Second Floor: Den in second story has window seat day bed – great for naps, LCD TV, DVD and adorable surfboard coffee table – great place for the kids to hang out. Upstairs king master bedroom has LCD TV, private bath with tub/shower and pedestal sink. Bunk bedroom has two built-in bunk beds with 4 twins, built-in drawers, and a private bathroom with pedestal sink and tub/shower. Throughout the house, there are lots of hooks on the walls for your convenience.
Outside Features: Parking for 3 cars in the driveway behind the house and 2 more in front of the house. Bike racks for keeping your four bikes organized. Gas grill. Outdoor hot/cold shower with stall for privacy. Screened porch outfitted with table and chairs for outdoor dining and rocker chairs for relaxation.

- An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities, state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading. As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

We aren't ready to leave. Our week flew by way too fast. Our kids loved the proximity to the pool and park. The long bike rides were a favorite for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked which made cooking easier - had delightful family dinners! Cozy, cozy home. Thank you...
