This is a beautiful custom-built home consisting of the main house with three large bedrooms, two baths, chef's kitchen, two large living areas and large outside decks and patio with grill.Main house can sleep 3 -6. Apartment has one bedroom and bath with queen size bed, plus one queen sleeper and one twin convertible, kitchen, patio and grill.Apartment can sleep 1 to 5. Studio is a spacious room with kitchen, dining, living area with full bed, plus two small lofts with queen beds, one bath, large deck and grill.Studio can sleep 3 to 6. RENT ONLY WHAT YOU NEED!!! All or any unit can be rented by week,month, season or year.
All bedrooms are luxurious, fine linens and down comforters.All units have private entrances, with access to large, chemical-free, wet or dry sauna. Enviromental considerations, NO LATEX / PETROCHEMICALS. We have all baby equipment, extensive libraries for adults and children, all units have age-appropriate games and toys. All pantries are stocked with coffees,tea,spicies,and many staples.
We have incredible 360 degree views of mountains and the river. One mile from world-class fly-fishing. Thirteen miles from historical Salida, 28 miles from Monarch ski slope, short drive to Royal Gorge bridge. We furnish sauna wraps in all sizes Policies Minumum three nights, 6 night stay ,seventh FREE Security Deposit reguired at booking,With 50% of total charges due with in 1 month after booking, Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival Cleaning charges are$275.00 for Entire house,$100.00 for each apartment.
