This rustic charmer was a lookout spot for boats & submarines during World War 2. Cozy furnishings, fireplace. Windows overlooking the sand and waves. Have a picnic on any one of three decks, main deck being 100' X 40'. Hot tub overlooking the ocean with windproof glass!

Perfect for the group that wants togetherness, but privacy. Two separate accommodations overlooking the ocean front. Each has its own kitchen, living room, fireplace, bedrooms, and bath. They are connected by a huge deck overlooking the ocean front with hot tub.
Completely furnished with linens and towels, as well as a starter kit of paper products. This house is perched in front of the Nelscott wave. Fabulous view of the surfers. 90 steps down to beach. No worries, there are resting benches! You might also see a whale or two cruising by!
1 bedroom in the Anchor is a Loft. Great for older kids!
The Anchor is the master suite at the far N end of the property.. Both Submarine & Anchor have their own Deck, Entrance and Private Hot Tub. When both are rented the middle portion of this home sits empty to allow for Privacy. The Submarine has 2 queen bedrooms, living room with Fireplace and Flat Screen. Kitchen has new granite counters and Mission Style Cabinets. Best of all is the Wall of sliders in the Dining room (Seats 6 ) that overlooks a Panoramic View of the Ocean (Great Whale Watching) and a 2nd Big Flat Screen. The Sliders open to a Huge Deck and Private Hot tub with glass Screen for Wild Weather!

This home had amazing ocean views and lots of privacy! We had two different families and needed a bit of seperation, so it was perfect to have the upper floor seperate from the main floor! We were able to meet on the deck but each have our own kitchen and living areas! AMAZING Decks we were able to enjoy with sun breaks. Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Call for Anchor and Submarine rates. Cleaning fee for Anchor with Submarine is $120.175 - 399In Order to reserve the rental 1 night down is required on a Visa or MC or Discover. This deposit is non refundable so please be sure your plans are firm. If your stay is within 30 days of the booking full payment is due. If your stay is beyond 30 days of your booking only the 1st. night is due. Balance will be due when it's within 30 days of your stay.
