Built in a private twin home configuration, yet steps from the Gondola, one of Steamboat's newest luxury properties provides 3300 square feet of generous living space that's as functional as it is well crafted. Each bedroom is richly decorated with alpine themed furnishings and equipped with flat panel televisions, stereo speakers and ceiling fans. The Great room and Loft area are wonderful spaces for relaxing together around the fireplace, shooting pool or watching movies.
Thanks to the thoughtful design and layout, guests enjoy a townhome that provides large, comfortable space perfect for family gatherings. The master suite and each guest bedroom offer its own private bath, allowing the entire family an individual retreat for solitude and renewal.
The master bedroom also features a gas fireplace. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a 32' HD flat screen TV, stereo speakers for IPod, CD or radio enjoyment and rustic accent ceiling fans.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art with a Viking range, double dishwasher, stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets all the expected gadgets. The great room features an expansive stone fireplace, 30 foot ceiling, hardwood floors, and a 42' HD flat panel TV with a HD digital recorder.
The large loft area has a 56' HD TV with HD digital recorder, CD/DVD player and a Nintendo Wii with surround sound. There is also a professional 14' shuffle board for a complete variety of leisure activities for kids of all ages.
The balcony features a 7 person Hot Springs Spa to soothe your muscles or your soul after a day on the slopes or mountain bike. There is also a 5 burner natural gas grill and a table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meal watching the shadows rise up the mountain.
Tastefully decorated in a log post and beam style with rancher's stone and aged woods, guests will enjoy the in floor heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, heated double car garages with heated walkways and driveway. Steps from the front door is an outdoor heated pool, outdoor spa, and an exercise facility.

Beautiful place! It was the prefect place for our families. There were 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids and we had more than enough room. The basement was the kids little hide out and the loft was where they spent many hours playing. You never felt like you were on top of each other. It is right across from the pool and the work out room. It is definitely close enough to walk home after a day on the ski hill. Our kids ranged from 5 to 8 years old and they had no problems walking home. It was also very convenient to take the shuttle if overly tired but really is a quick walk. We will definitely stay there again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We will definitely book this townhome if we return to Steamboat! This is hands down the best accommodation we have had in our three visits to Steamboat. The location is great, the shuttle service is convenient, and the layout of the townhome is perfect. There is not one thing that we would change about our experience at Cimarron. I would say that this unit is in one of the best locations within the complex - very convenient to the pool and fitness center. Thank you to Christine the owner and John, their very accommodating property manager, for making our week so stress free and enjoyable!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family just returned from a terrific month in Steamboat! We absolutely LOVED Cimarron #21! From the very beginning... working with Melissa... we had an A Plus experience...This Cimarrom twnhome was fabulous! We gave it a 5 star! We've rented homes in Steamboat for years, but this home was the BEST! We loved the layout, the decor, all the upscale kitchen appliances and modern bathrooms! With a housefull of people, we never ran out of hot water or towels. The location of this unit was great...mountain view from the deck...right across from a well equipped workout room, pool and hot tub! We also loved the shuffleboard in the loft! And...the grandchildren loved the bunk room! Jon,Cimarron's manager, was always available & knowledgable! We highly recommend #21 at Cimarron for a fabulous family vacation in the mountains!!! The house was everything we had been led to believe. It was very comfortable and the owner exceeded our expectations by supplying pack n plays for our babies. The kitchen was fully stocked and large enough for several to work in together. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. We loved the convenience of the shuttle service arriving at our front door. It was also readily available at the base to bring us home after a day of skiing. You really don't need a car if you stay in this area. With a nice snow fall the first day our trip was just perfect. This is a wonderful place to stay! We visited over our winter break and would love to come back every year! This townhome is nicely furnished with every amenity you could possibly need. The layout was ideal for our large family, but would be outstanding for a couple's trip, too. The bedrooms are very private and quiet. We are very picky about cleanliness of the places we stay, and this did not disappoint. It is very clean and well maintained. Although it is a very short and beautiful walk to and from the mountain base, I cannot say enough about the shuttle service. The drivers are friendly and we never had to wait more than five minutes for them to arrive. We were delighted to find such a comfortable, clean, and beautiful place with ample space for our family! The relaxing hot tub at the end of a long day provides a lovely view of the mountainside and overlooks the heated pool. Our children spent most of their off-mountain time in the loft/game area. It provided the adults with some time to talk and relax in the comfortable seating in front of the large fireplace. As a complete package, you cannot stay in a better place. It is close enough to everything, but escapes the crowds. I know you will enjoy your visit as much as my family did!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was a fabulous getaway, sparkling clean and well maintained! We played shuffleboard, ping pong in the garage, and it was roomy enough for 5 couples! The hot tub on the deck is a bonus, and the location. Could not be better! Walking distance to the mountain, and the free bus into town made it so easy to get around! I highly recommend this to any large group! We will be back! We stayed in the fall and the pool was still open and the weather was spectacular! Property manager met us, gave us the tour and was so accommodating! This condo did not miss a thing!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
