The Shooting Star, centered in downtown Huntsville, is the oldest bar in Utah. Built in 1865 as a trading post, it was converted into a bar in 1879. Headlining the menu is the triple-decker Star burger, which features a split knockwurst nestled among the lettuce, pickles and tomato. The double bacon cheese is another favorite. Burgers come with potato chips. "We are not a restaurant," the menu declares. "No substitutes." There's beer on tap and dark bottled microbrew if the draft is too light for your taste.

Great place! The propert has an excellent view, beautifully furnished and, is very well equiped. The whole process of renting, checking in and out was very easy. This was our second time renting this property and we are planning another vacation with friends there again. The house has plenty of room for three couples without feeling crowded.

This beautiful Eden home exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the patio and on our morning walks. The house was well appointed, spacious with comfy furniture. We hope to return next year.
