This cozy, lakefront Cottage with a full screen porch overlooking the lake, is located on a one-plus, heavily, wooded acre on a quiet cove with 280' of shoreline on beautiful Lake Bowen. A private lake with over 50 miles of shoreline, it has a private boat ramp and boat dock, camp fire area, and covered picnic area.

The newly remodeled, non-smoking house is beautifully decorated and has a completely furnished eat-in kitchen. There are two full bathrooms and will sleep up to six adults comfortably. Cable TV, VCR, washer and dryer, central air, are also just some of the amenities you will enjoy.

We are located within minutes of the foothills of the cool North Carolina Mountains and 45 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina. There is a Super WalMart and an Outlet Mall close by.
