The master bedroom has a beautiful California King size bed, a flat screen TV and double French doors that open to a private patio with an ocean view. The master bath also has an ocean view from the oversized Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower with dual shower heads, and double vanity sinks. The second and third bedrooms have Queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable Queen size Murphy bed, double French doors that open to a private patio with an ocean view. There are brand new hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, hardwood floors in two of the bedrooms and plush new carpeting in the master and downstairs bedrooms. The second bathroom also has a Sauna. The laundry room is located just off the master bedroom. There are parking spaces for up to 4 cars.

WE purchased this home as our primary residence, moving only 3 miles Southwest of the La Costa area which we also loved. We are so close to the beach now. a 5 minute walk. We can hear and smell the ocean. The boys are off at college now, so we have decided to share it with other families as it is much to big a home for me alone.

We like to walk to downtown Cardiff or downtown Encinitas.The beaches are uncrowded and private, just a 5 minute walk. Everything you need is walking distance. We are situated right between two great surf spots (Swamis and Pipes)There are great restraunts and cafes. Many great spas, yoga, and shops. But mostly we enjoy just chilling at home, taking in the view.

My boys and I have always been drawn to the ocean. San Diego natives, my father was a commercial fisherman in San Diego. We love the outdoors,riding bikes, playing sports and entertaining. We love looking at the ocean and the daily changes it takes on. The view is never the same. We purchased this home as our primary residence, moving only 3 miles Southwest of the La Costa area which we loved also. But we have always dreamed of being walking distance from the beach and seeing the ocean daily.
