Immaculate, cozy cape cottage, perfect for family vacations. Minutes to sandy, child friendly resident beach. Open floor plan--comfortable furniture--20' x 15' great room with round table for family meals, gatherings, and games. Outside enclosed hot/cold shower Great room has trundle day bed and queen sofa bed. 2nd bedroom has bunk bed with double on the bottom. Hardwood floors in kitchen and living room, carpeted bedrooms. New appliances in kitchen---Cottage was completed refurbished in 2000.
Cottage is a very short walk to Barnstable Marina, the Hyannis Whale Watcher Boat and fabulous waterfront restaurants. Barnstable Village on historic Rt 6A is a short walk.
