This homey, cozy and comfortable 3-level condo is well maintained and clean. The location is ideal, only minutes from Northstar and 1 mile from beautiful Lake Tahoe. State line casinos are only a short drive away.
Kingswood Village is extremely well maintained with a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, horseshoes, ping pong, children's wading pool and par course during the summer months. It also has a RV/boat parking area. Brockway golf course located just 1 mile away.
The entry level has a full bath, full size washer/dryer and 2 bedrooms, one with king bed and one with a queen bed, both with TVs. The second level has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full bath, full kitchen and cozy family room with some movies and family games. The loft (ladder access) has 2 twin beds. Family room has ample seating and a relaxing and convenient gas fireplace with artificial logs. The unit does have wireless internet service.

We just spent the weekend at this wonderful condo. Alpine and North Star ski hills are close by. The condo is very clean and accomodating. The owners are awesome people to work with.

What an absolute gem of a place to stay for our family weekend getaway! Spacious and clean this unit was reasonably priced and offered a host of fantastic amenities including a pool and tennis court that our family thoroughly enjoyed. Ideally located just minutes from the beach, skiing, casinos and town, this place is a hidden treasure. We're looking forward to returning again soon!!

This was a great place for our weekend getaway! Surprisingly large for a condo and very well maintained. The living space was warm and cozy - just what you expect for a cabin in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. I will definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This was a great place for a Girls Weekend! Very relaxing and perfect facilities for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was large enough such that the four of us could spread out into our own space but still feel warm and cozy in the beautiful mountains. I will definitely rent this unit again, and bring the family this time! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I have stayed in this unit and was really happy with my choice. It has a great central location close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space for a group. It is very clean and has current decor. I would stay again.

My family and I have stayed here a few times. It is in a great location, close to everything...casinos, snowboarding, sledding etc....the place is very clean and sleeps many very comfortably! We will definitely stay here again!

After much searching for a place to stay for me and my family, I came across this unit. It was not only the most reasonable place to stay but it was large and very well maintained. The owner was very quick to respond and answer questions I had and after my stay returned my deposit within 3 days! I would definitely recommend this place and will likely stay again!!
