Our home has been totally remodeled and updated in February 2008 with all new flooring, cabinets, granite countertops, shutters, interior and exterior paint and is totally furnished.
Our two bedroom, two full bath home "Sage Model" is 1,339 square foot with a two car garage with storage cabinets. For those that like to ride bikes, there are 2 10 speed bikes for your use & a golf cart. Enjoy your evening in our private walled backyard and just relax. There is a washer and dryer in our home for your convenience.
Master Bedroom features an oak queen size pier unit with lots of storage, color TV and VCR/DVD player, one walk in closet and one closet with sliding doors, nice bay window with plantation shutters overlooking backyard, Master Bath has two double sinks and shower.
Kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen has a dinette set and bay window for outdoor views. There is also a breakfast bar with barstools.
There is a telephone for local calls. Long distance calls are extra. Wireless high speed internet connection for your laptop and expanded digital cable on all TV's.
You will find that Sun City Grand is a great place to kick back and relax and enjoy all the activities that they have to offer. There are four golf courses, dining with in the community, day spa, arts and craft classes, woodworking shop, poker games, computer lab, stained glass classes, indoor and outdoor pools, exercise classes and equipment, yoga classes, indoor walking track and a lot more.

My husband and I purchased this home in November 2007 because we really liked Sun City Grand and what it had to offer the residents and the beautiful community. When we purchased the house it was in need of some tender loving care, so we totally remodeled the house which was a lot of fun to see the before and after pictures.

My husband works for one of the utility companies here in the valley. I quit work 7 years ago to stay home with our daughter. We live 20 minutes away from our Sun City Grand property. I have lived in Arizona since 1973 and my husband has been here since 1980. We are both originally from Ohio. He loves to golf and do woodworking. We love to travel, see movies, enjoy family gatherings, dining out, playing cards and just spending time together as a family.
