  We had such a wonderful, relaxing week. Best part was just sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, watching bird and marine life, reading, and watching the sun go all too fast across the sky until we had a beautiful sunset. Weather was perfect, zoo was great, no waiting in any restaurants. So nice to get to meet Kay and Mark - we hardly needed a thing. Beautifully furnished and well-stocked.   What a perfect location! Nice and quiet - exactly what we needed. Very spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook. The set-up is great - laundry room off of kitchen. Amazing view over beautiful white beaches.

  This condo was the greatest. Clean and very well furnished with everything. I will be back. You are not cramped up in a small condo, space is great and the balcony was large. I would recommend this to anyone. We were there with two teenagers.

  This is a wonderful accommodation to stay at the quiet and very enjoyable white sandy Navarre beach. The place has everything, even a crock pot! It's very spacious and extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay and loved this place!

  This condo provided more than enough room for 6 adults. Lovely decor, very well equipped (except for a hair dryer), nice view of the ocean, good beds, very clean and comfortable. Good sound-proofing. Had to open the sliding doors to hear the surf. We thought being on the 5th floor might be a bit inconvenient but the elevators were quick and always available. The pool was very nice when we got tired of the ocean. It is about mid-way between Destin and Pensacola. If you are looking for a somewhat secluded, less congested area, this is it. If you want more activity I would recommend staying in Destin. The beaches around Destin were a little prettier than Navarre Beach while we were there, but that situation is susceptible to change, I guess. Communication with owner was excellent.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach and in this very spacious condo. It is much better than the pictures and description. We especially loved the large balcony and the extra storage room. Everything we needed was there whether it be small appliances and other kitchen needs or extra sheets and toilettries. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Kay was super to work with and very accomodating. We will definitely be back here!

  this condo was the best we've stayed in, so well equipped nothing else was needed on our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the large patio was my fav. This unit close to the pier was nice cause the kids were back and forth so much fishing. I hope to go back again and for sure will stay here. We had a great time, thanks so much for opening your home to us.

  We have stayed at several of the Navarre Beach Regency units and this one was absolutely the best equipped. If you have never stayed here, the unit is spacious, two bedrooms and two full baths, the kitchen has everything you will need including two refrigerators, full size washer/dryer. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. A large balcony with wonderful views of the gulf. Also a large pool thats heated in the winter. The unit is extremely quiet, we never heard a peep from any of the adjoining units. There are three restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. And this unit's rates are very reasonable. We hope to return many times over the next few years.

  We stayed at Kay's place at the end of July. The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We have 3 kids (ages 2, 5, and 7) so the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen size beds was perfect for them. This condo has a lot of little amenities that many other condos we've been to in the past did not have. They were well-stocked with paper and cleaning products, soaps, etc. Lots of bed and bath linens if needed, and everything is neatly labeled. The Mundays are very accomodating. Their kindness and generosity is very much appreciated. We'd definitely return. :)

  Our stay was generated by my 50 th birthday, we had many family members stay in multiple units but this one was the best. Tastefully decorated with a personal touch. The beaches, well if you have not been to them your missing on the best kept local secret. All seasons in this area are choice, since the Gulf offers different looks every day. The owners are great.
