The villa is located within a 15 minute walk to the center of the old medieval village of Vence, with art galleries, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Only a 5 minute drive from St. Paul and 20 minutes from Nice, Cagnes sur Mer, Antibe, Biot and Cannes; 45 minutes from Monaco and Italy.

The location and facilities exceeded our already high expectations. The views from the terrace cover a wide panorama from the mountains to the sea and provide a backdrop for Vence. We had intended to eat out a few times, but that would have meant dragging ourselves away from the view. The reservation process with Paula was extremely smooth and friendly. Jacqueline, Paula's representative on the spot, was very helpful and equally friendly. The apartment was equipped to a very high standard and we have no hesitation in recommending it. Paula, Our stay was dellightful. The terrace superb! The kitchen filled with everything we could need Loved the restaurnts in town were terrific. LOVED THE FOOD MOST AT LA FARAGOLE. WE BECAME FAST FRIENDS WITH A GREAT COUPLE WHO HAVE OPENED A NEW RESTAURANT ON RUE HENRI ISNARD NEAR THE PLACE DE JARDIN BETWEEN THE CINEMA AND THE THAI RESTAURANT. LOVELY /TERRACE WITH AN AWESSOME VIEW. OUR FRIEND NEVER ARRIVED BUT WE USED THE PULL-OUT BED FOR MY SNORING. THE VIEUX VILLE IS INCREDIBLE. WE DID NOT MISS THE LATIN FROM 229 A.D. Beautiful apartment and excellent service. Large, comfortable, great porch overlooking the countryside. We took nice walks to the town for dinner or breakfast and day trips to the coast or Nice or inland villages. Relaxing vacation with lots to do. Note that when we did have problems with the apartment (e.g. when the electricity went out), the onsite person quickly took care of everything. Highyl recommended

We had a great time at your apartment. The apartment was comfortable and the views were spectacular. Each evening we stopped at the nearby grocery and enjoyed our dinner on the deck watching the sun set.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of living in this gorgeous home with its stunning views. The interior is beautifully designed and elegantly furnished. Walking through the L'ara neighborhood to go into town was so delightful and envigorating. Anyone who stays here will take home wonderful memories.
