Getting an elevator is a major problem except in the early morning -- best to take one going in the opposite direction if it is empty than wait. The rooms have an intercom in the bedroom -- and security would talk on it 5x a day to tell us where to smoke or where to park or what some teenagers were doing on another floor. The free chairs & umbrella at the beach were nice -- but they wouldn't let us use the umbrella because of a wind advisory (although the wind was so slight that I had no problems reading an open newspaper). The room was nice and clean, had a great view, and it was quiet enough that we never heard any neighbors. Enjoyed the free DVD rental.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

Our stay was great! The room is beautiful. The decor is above excellent and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. This resort owner went over and above the usual and the Bedroom was awesome with a full ocean view! On the down side, the resort is very new and they still needed to complete some work. The bar in the pool area - which was an unfinished tiny hut -closed while we were there and they only had 2 outdoor grills for the "whole complex" which was a terrible inconvenience as we had planned to grill out several nights. This was not the owners fault though. The view from the 10th floor is perfect and the lay out of this condo is a great use of space and the view. The beach chairs were a plus but you need to get there early in the morning to reserve them if you want the front row. Overall the condo was wonderful and we would recommend it to anyone. Just don't book up on the week we will want for next year...Ha. Thank you for a great stay owners!
