Welcome to Sterling Beach and our beautiful 3 bedroom condo Sterling Beach 601. This is a nicely decorated, spacious condo on the corner of the building, which provides an awesome beach view as well as a bit more solitude because guests are not walking by your condo. This condo has plenty of upgrades, like new tile floors, quality furnishings /electronics and can you believe a fireplace! It also has a Washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, and spectacular beach views from your living room, dining room, master suite and guest room. It simply doesn’t get much better than this! We are certain this condo will provide you and your family a memorable vacation! This condo sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.
A super nice perk of this condo is that the first guest room is actually another master suite that can ‘lock out’ from the rest of the condo, with its own private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a kitchenette/breakfast bar, queen size bed, private balcony with beach view. This lock out room is like a private apartment within the condo.
The Master bedroom itself features a King bed, with full private bathroom also with a Jacuzzi tub, with a gulf front walk out balcony.
The 3rd guest room is very comfortable also with its two twin beds and its own full bathroom as well.
Sterling Beach is a beautifully landscaped resort with plenty of amenities right in the heart of Panama City’s popular Thomas Drive. The resort is nestled on 5 acres of tropical landscaping and 300 feet of Panama City’s world famous sugar white sand beaches.
