Modern place and great location

The place is very comfortable. It had most of the stuff I needed including printer and wifi. The pool looked nice and never crowded, although I never used it since the beach is so close. The location is awesome. There's a bus stop right outside the building. I took the bus everywhere during my stay there. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay there again.

This condo was fabulous...felt like home away from home (sans the snow!). It is centrally located and walking distance to most sights in Waikiki including the beach, shopping (including groceries), restaurants and nightlife. It is also a block away from the canal which is a great place to go for a run. The location was easy (including parking) for a car rental to travel outside of Waikiki and tour the rest of the island. It was modern, very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which were very useful. The property manager was also very helpful, checking in to see if there was anything that I needed during my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning on my next visit to Waikiki!

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

My wife and I really wanted a vacation but I could not get the time off work, so we looked for a place where I could work via reliable internet that also had a telephone. This condo worked perfectly. The Wireless-N router was nice and fast, the little desk allowed me to work out on the lanai in the mornings and the telephone let me attend the meetings without worrying about the minutes. The kitchen had good quality appliances and was very well maintained. The location of the condo is well suited for walking to all parts of Waikiki and a quick walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center or the beach which is only 3 blocks away. I suggest a GPS for the car, it helped us find our way several times. Only negative would be that there are plenty of ambulance/police sirens and the condo is directly in front of a bus stop which can be good but a bit noisy, but that is city living.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

Great for young professionals

I am a 25 yr old female and was staying in Oahu for a month for work and was lucky enough to find this apartment. The location is beautiful, central, and most importantly safe. I had a car for most of the month and the apartment is so conveniently located near a grocery store, gas station, fantastic restaurants, Ala Moana center, and the best nightlife that Honolulu has to offer. My last few days when I was without car I had no problem at all because there is a bus stop conveniently located right outside of the building. Not to mention helpful front door attendants who can tell you which bus you need. The space was great for me but it was more than enough for me to have visitors. The pull out couch was comfortable for my guests and I still had enough privacy in the bedroom. Also, the in unit washer/dryer in unit was wonderful. I highly suggest this unit for young professionals or tourists who are coming out and really want to experience the best that Honolulu has to offer.

We stayed in this unit at the Four Paddles building for 6+ wonderful weeks between August and October 2009. The unit is fantastic we felt at home straight away – it just had everything you would need for a great stay including a fantastic fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer in the unit itself, lots of towels and bed linen and many other little extras which you’ll find if you choose to stay here – not forgetting the wonderful view of course. The Four Paddles building itself is very well maintained, all the staff are both helpful and friendly and the long term residents are very welcoming. Last, but not least, both the owner and her agent in Waikiki made the whole experience even more pleasurable. From the time we booked to leaving the unit the whole process was dealt with in an easy, efficient, but more to the point, friendly way. We just want to say THANKS.

This place was more than I expected! The super convenient location, tight security, the breathtaking view, more than all the utensils that you would need, immaculate, and most of all, the property manager & her team are extremely friendly and helpful, their assistance will compliment your stay here. I would definitely love to return!
