Casa Blanca Golf Villas is a Mediterranean style condominium and luxury beach community homes with the only 18 hole professional links putting golf course on Sandy Beach. This Gorgeous park of 5 acres features 2 swimming pools.
An exercise course, trails and walking paths, two running streams, palm trees in a lush desert-tropical landscape with a lagoon. Ocean views and superb sunsets may be viewed from the private patio. There are 5 ceiling fan/lights and tiled floors throughout.
This GROUND floor property features a slatted roof carport at the front door for easily unloading and loading your vehicle without having to cross a parking lot and walk excessively upon arrival or departure. The carport also keeps your vehicle cooler than just being in a parking lot.
This property features a King Bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom; both have Mexican tiled "headboards" that are colorful and very much a part of the culture of Mexico. In addition there is a Queen sized sleeper sofa.
There is a 42" flat screened TV in the living room as well as a TV in the Master Bedroom for your viewing pleasure. There is also a clock radio in the Master bedroom and a radio/CD player in the living area.
Colorful artwork is displayed throughout the property giving a warm home-like feel. There are all the usual small appliances including a toaster, coffer maker, mixer and can opener. Dishes for cooking, baking, etc., as well as all the glasses, plates, etc., that one would expect to find.

I bought this condo in 2003 to be able to go to Rocky Point at the drop of a hat and have everything that I need when I got there. The only thing that one needs to bring is their clothing and food and drink of choice. All the linens, kitchen things are here. There are 5 ceiling fan lights and a King bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, a leather queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for easy clean up if someone in a wet bathing suit sits down. This is a great condo with Granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Bronze fixtures in each give it an elegant feel. This is a home away from home. Most anything that you will have in your home is here from all the cooking equipment and appliances to extra pillows on the beds. This is on a miniature golf course and there are two pools to enjoy. There is parking directly in front of the property that makes this a unique property: you do not need to hike across a parking lot to load and unload your vehicle! Since it is ground level you also do not need to navigate stairs or wait for an elevator.
Why the Owner Chose Casa Blanca Golf Villas
This is one of the easiest if not THE easiest complexes to find on Sandy Beach. It has easy access to downtown, to the Super Ley grocery store, the highway to The USA and is has a miniature golf course to enjoy. The pool is about 100 or so steps from the covered patio. Also you have access to the pool that is actually on the beach. There are two pools on the grounds at Casa Blanca and one on the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There a many times I do not eat one meal out. With propane grills on the grounds a full kitchen, it is easy to cook and enjoy eating on the patio or in the dining room and not hassle with driving to a place to eat. You can stop at the Lukeville duty free store and bring your liquor or wine down and not worry about driving and drinking if that is something that appeals to you.

4 of us stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and fully equipped with very comfortable beds, the couple of minor maintenance issues we had were dealt with immediately by the competant and friendly staff. It is convenietly located a short drive to all kinds of restaurants (we particularly liked Mare Blu and The Wreck at the Reef) and shops and just a short walk through the gardens to the miles of beautiful beach. The grounds are impeccable, full of native plants and flowers, the gardening staff were working constantly. The setting was very tranquil and relaxing, a great place to go to unwind. If you're traveling with a dog this is the perfect place, they are welcome on the trails and the endless beach. We would recommend this property to friends and when we get the chance we would definitely come back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We found the property as advertised. The unit doesn't have a large view of the water, but we could see it. The center courtyard area was lush and green, and a nifty little miniature golf course wound around the grounds. There was always a security guard walking the property. In the condo unit, there were a few items in disrepair. At least half a dozen light bulbs were burnt out throughout the condo. We were kind of curious as to how something so obvious could be missed. Some of the bath and sink fixtures didn't work well. At the end of our stay, the dishwasher had a problem with heating the water, so the dishes were no longer were getting clean by the end of the cycle. The condo has "For Sale" signs on it, so it is possible the owner is no longer interested in maintaining every element of the condo. At this time of year, it was too cold to swim, so we didn't use the pool facilities, but they looked clean and well maintained. It was comfortable. However, for condo rental in Rocky Point, there is better rental value available.
Owner response:I spoke with the HOA manager and he told me that 2 light bulbs were replaced, not "at least half a dozen" as stated in this review. The bath and sink fixtures were new in January/February 2009 and work extremely well. They were replaced when we put granite counter tops in the condo, so I have no idea what problem this renter had with them.. I will certainly check into any problem with hot water to the dishwasher. We stayed for a week in June 2011 and loved this place. It was as good or better than described in the VRBO listing. Though the resort itself has incomplete construction like most newer areas of Puerto Penasco (due to the economic downturn), what is complete is great. The condo was spotless when we arrived,is well-equipped, and everything worked - A/C, appliances, all plumbing, etc. Loved having satellite TV when it was too warm to be outside. Pet friendliness is a huge plus, and with tile floors, more places should allow pets. We didn't use the BBQ areas but liked the pools and beach access. This condo feels very safe, with 24 hour security and good lighting throughout complex. Would love to visit again, and we saw the owner's other property at Tessoro, which is fantastic, though much further from town (which is a plus or a minus, depending on your preferences). We love Penasco and its people, and this property owner made our stay a complete pleasure. Be sure to breakfast at Rosy's and a dinner at El Delfin Amigable (the Friendly Dolphin) if it is in your budge, otherwise go to Mariscos Boulevard, but it closes at 7 p.m. And, don't leave your expensive sandals lying on the beach or they may disappear (don't ask me how I know!) Beach vendors are great, and most items can be bought for 50% of the opening price, or sometimes less. Haggle with the vendors - they expect it and it's fun!

The listing was exactly accurate in every detail. The description of the condo had no fluff added. It was perfect in every way for a wonderful week's vacation. The owner was more than accommodating on the phone as well as the in the FIRST TIME PACKET we received in the mail. We were sent the keys, maps of the location of Casa Blanca, and some information about restaurants and area activities. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and all the amenities listed were available and in working order. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to prepare meals which we prepared almost every evening. On our first visit we did prepare many meals at the condo and on later visits we ate at the numerous restaurants available in town (Puerto Penasco) and within walking distance of Casa Blanca. There are some very nice hotel restaurants in the area as well as a disco. We never had a bad meal--we love fish and Rocky Point is a fish lover's heaven. We went to the SUPERMERCADO for food staples and shopping in general. Got vanilla as gifts for our baking friends and booze for others at the Supermercado. The first time we visited was dedicated totally to rest and relaxation. We used the amenities at Casa Blanca Golf Resort: pools, exercise track, and mini-golf course. We read, played games, walked on the beach, swam in the pool, and had cocktails on the patio watching the sunset and the bay. We listened to music and watched television on our last day to check the stock market before our trip home. I guess you might say we were slugs on our first visit. However, for those that are more active there are hosts of things to do: deep sea fishing, para-sailing on the beach, horse back riding, and dune buggy rentals for speeding on the sand dunes. Bars, discos, shopping--what more could you ask for? Casa Blanca is beautifully maintained by the groundsmen. The pool is crystal clear and you can barbaque just off the patio. MOST IMPORTANT: Casa Blanca is safe and has 24 hour security. I would and have recommended Casa Blanca to my relatives and friends. Dennis P

My mom and I went down this pass weekend and it was very quiet and relaxing at the condo. The other people that stayed in the condo's next to us were very pleasant and friendly people. The condo is very clean, and has everything you need. The pool was right out side the Condo, and the golf course was too. It was nice just to sit on the patio and feel the nice breeze and have some nice R&R time. I would defentily recommend this condo, and would stay there again. Stayed in this condo over spring break. The kids loved the pool being so close, just a few steps off the patio. The beach was a short walk away and the town was a short drive. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom tile was very nice. Husband would have liked a bigger TV and a few more channels, but overall we would stay there again.

Great location and easy to get to. Pool is right outside your back patio. Parking and unloading is awesome, just walk up a few steps and you are ready to enjoy your vacation. The beds were very comfortable which is always an unknown when renting in Mexico. The place was clean and had more than enough room for 4 people. The beach was a few mintues walk, and you almost had a private beach, not many people there. I would recommend staying there because I know I would again. Great value for the money!
