Resting on two peaceful, wooded acres, this lovely, 2500 square foot, lodge-style, Mountain Cabin Getaway is located in a secluded private community, surrounded by the Chattahoochee River, and nestled in the foothills of the Northeast Georgia Mountains in the historic Sautee-Nacoochee Valley. Just minutes from downtown Helen and nearby attractions, enjoy breathtaking mountain views, take a walk on private trails, or cozy up indoors by the massive stone fireplace. The spacious wrap-around porch is perfect for simple relaxation or hosting a family gathering.
This Non-Smoking, three-level cabin, has a one bedroom, one bath master suite on the lower level with its own fireplace, jacuzzi, wet bar, 2 sleepers, foosball/pool table combo, and separate entrance. Convenient for accomodating several parties. The main level and upstairs consists of 2 additional bedrooms/2 baths , King size bed in master and queen log bed in 3rd bedroom. Master has a jacuzzi tub w/ separate shower. A fully furnished kitchen, lodge-style furnishings, and 2 sleepers in great room makes this cabin the ideal get-away for couples, families, or groups.

Lovely cabin for a group

We took our family (all 10 of us) to Helen, GA for the week after Christmas and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this lovely cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us; the kids could play downstairs if they wanted while the adults played cards on the main floor or we could all be together. The property was clean and the owner was very accommodating. I would recommend this home to both friends and family. The city of Helen is fun to shop in and has some wonderful German food...the best Reuben I've eaten was at the Troll Tavern with a close second at the International Cafe. The drive to Anna Ruby Falls brought a little nature to us city dwellers and the falls were stunning in the late afternoon. We also had fun one afternoon at the miniature golf course. Thank you so much for a providing a place where the family could vacation together!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in such a short notice. We had people from early twenties to late thirties, yet all of us had a great time, hanging out in the porch, playing in the game room (foosball table was a hit!), and just relaxing and chilling inside and outside of the cabin. It was clean with everything we were looking for. Once again, thank you so much for the great experience!

Thanks for such a great experience and for letting us come on such short notice!The cabin is with out a doubt one of the nicest on this site.It was definately one of the best vacations to daste!My son loved playing on the game table down stairs while my six month old daughter played with her toys on the bear rug.Breath taking views all around and the grass was well maintained as well.Thanks will be renting again soon.P.s the owner of this cabin barbara is a delight to do business with friendly and honest. Would recommend this cabin to everyone!

Renting this location was the easiest detail of our vacation plans and we heartily recommend this spot for family being together with space! Mornings on the porch, cooking on the side deck, meals together on the porch, painting on the porch, card games on the porch, reading on the porch whenever - our favorite place was the porch - front or back. Kitchen had everything we needed and the center island was another favorite gathering place. Bedrooms were wonderful retreats within the house. Enjoyed shopping in Helen, hike to Anna Ruby Falls, tubing on the river and coming back "home". Tip for those renting - regular grocery store is in Cleveland. Really did not want to put the key back in the lock-box!

Kinda had a small reunion with my sister, brother, and Mom and Dad.Very spacious and kid friendly. My grandkids loved the basement space(they thought it was an away from adults space). Will come again soon!!!

What a beautiful cabin - clean, spacious, and comfy! It had everything we needed. The kids loved the gameroom, and we all enjoyed the porches each night. I highly recommend it for a large family.

Hi Barbara Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. Everything was great. The view is gorgeous. We all loved sitting on the porches and enjoying the fresh air. The Christmas tree & decorations added such a special touch,they made us feel as if we were at home. I would love to live in the mountains again some day. Helen is such a neat place and there is so much to do for everyone. I love the falls, WOW!! There is so much that we did not get to do, as it rained for two days. But, we still enjoyed every minute we were there and hated to leave so soon. Thanks again and Happy New Year to you and your family. Cathy & family
