Beautifully decorated, our first floor Breakers condo is clean, bright, spacious with 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths. Wake up to the sound of the waves! With direct access from our patio, you are a few short steps to the white, sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
We have amazing, unobstructed views of the beach and the ocean from ALL the main living areas as well as the Master suite. Enjoy family meals in either the dining area or on the beautiful, glass-enclosed patio.
Huge master has a king size bed with private full bath (separate shower and tub; 2 sinks/vanities) as well as a desk/home office area; 2nd master also has a King and private full bath; and the third bedroom has two twins and a full bath. Large, bright, eat-in kitchen - open to the living room/dining room with a view of the ocean. Well-stocked with updated appliances and amenities. Separate laundry room with full-size washer/dryer. Outdoor shower for rinsing. One car garage plus an additional reserved parking space in front of the door. Boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels provided.
Breakers South is the southern most building in The Breakers complex, giving us more privacy on the beach -- away from the hotel beach clubs. And we are located in the most desirable part of Ponte Vedra -- just 1 1/2 miles south of the world-class, 5-diamond resort, The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.
For an additional fee, a weekly membership to the The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club's amazing facilities -- including golf, tennis, 3 swimming pools, hot tub, top fitness facility and classes, childcare, 3 restaurants, and The Spa -- is available to renters.
