River House Rental - Bullhead City, Arizona Vacation Rentals Come stay in this 3200 square foot home located on the Colorado River in Bullhead City Arizona. This home is available year round. River House Rental located on the Colorado River with a private boat dock .Our home is a 3200 square foot, 2 story, featuring 4 bedrooms with TVs in each room 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace & 62" big screen TV with DVD player and small DVD collection. The main floor kitchen has a stove, microwave, double oven, counter top convection oven, refrigerator & all the amenities to cook up your favorite meals. On the lower level we have what we call the entertainment kitchen. This kitchen has everything except for an oven. We use this kitchen when we barbecue, or when we have get togethers with family. This floor also has a game room & flat screen TV and access to the boat dock . The best part of this home is outside. We spend most of our time jet skiing, boating, water-skiing, wake-boarding or just floating on the water. Our home has 1 upper patio & a lower patio. Both face the Colorado River and have spectacular views of the Arizona & California landscapes with of coarse the river in between. What more could you ask for. But that's not all. If you're like me, I like to take boat trips up to Laughlin & Davis Dam that's always a fun trip, or you can go down river to the Avi Casino. If you're up for a long trip you can always go down to Havasu. This is an all day adventure. Our home has all the things you will need to have great time. We have set the house up with all the amenities such as, blankets, pillows, linens, dishes, cups, glasses, plates, utensils, pots & pans, washer & dryer, you name it. We also set up an information board that displays all the great places close to the house such as gas stations, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, restaurants, casinos, etc., with phone numbers & directions to make your stay as convenient as possible. You will have access to Internet connection if you have a laptop. There is a phone set up for local calls only. You will also have access to our 4 car garage to park your cars, boats & jet skis. Some boats may not fit in the garage so you can park your boat in the driveway. We have had many great summers in this house & would love to share this experience with others. Special Events: Laughlin River Run, 4th of July, New Years Eve. There's always something going on in Laughlin Nevada. Oatman: 30 minutes away ghost town. Shopping, food, saloons, & donkeys. Lots of fun Lake Mohave, Cathrin's Landing: 20 minutes away boating, camping, water sports. Lake Havasu : appx: 1 hr away. Boating, restaurants, water sports, camping shopping. Kingman Arizona. appx: 45 minutes away. Scenic drive, shopping Golf Fishing Restaurant Nearby Casinos Our house features 2 large patios that face the Colorado River with patio table & chairs on both levels. On the lower level the patio takes you out to the boat dock. There is a barbecue set up on this lower level. There is a 4 car garage for secure parking of your cars & some boats. The master suite has a private bathroom, dressing area with closet & makeup area. All the bedrooms are set up with TV, cable, & DVD players. We are minutes to the casinos on the water & about 15 minutes driving.
