Low Season... $95-150/night (3 night min) includes 2-4 people.Additional
person $10/night...max 6 people. Cleaning fee $75. Reservations are confirmed
on receipt of 50% deposit. The payment balance is due 60 days prior to
reservation start day. If the balance is not paid in full 60 days prior to
reservation start day, the deposit is forfeited and the reservation is canceled.
Full refund will be provided up to 90 days from reservation start day.
89 days or less the payment will not be refunded if the unit remains unrented.
If the unit is rented, a full refund will be provided.
