Our non-smoking recently renovated and professionally decorated condominium offers one spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV with cable/DVD, one full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen for all the comforts of home, a dining area, and living room with a queen sleep sofa bed, TV with cable/DVD, Stereo player, and a large private balcony off the living room with view of the scenic canal.
Available for guests 25 years and older.
Reservations require security deposit.
Additional fees include 10.5% room/sales tax.
Cleaning fee of $40 may also be included.

My fiance and I spent a glorious 3 nights in this wonderful condo - the description was 100% accurate as were the photos. The location was a brief walk from the beach but far away enough that we didn't hear the noise from the Cruisers on the strip (we didn't realize our trip coincided with this event). The condo was clean and well maintained as well as very modern - something we didn't see with many of the other listings on this site (for a reasonable price, that is). The price for renting was more than fair for everything it had to offer, and Cyndi was great to work with. If you just want to park the car (in a guaranteed reserved spot) for a few days but still be able to go out to eat (numerous restaurants in either direction, including the Greene Turtle) or shopping (grocery, souvenir, or otherwise), the location of this condo allows that flexibility. We would definitely come here again, maybe even bring our daughter next time.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

There are no words to describe what a wonderful condo this is. The location was perfect, the beach was perfect and the condo was just beautiful. The decor definitely made you feel like you were at the ocean!! It had everything we needed for our week at the beach. Cyndi and Dave were such a pleasure to deal with. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our first trip to Ocean City. We are already planning on going back next year and this is the ONLY place we will even consider staying at. Thank you Cyndi and Dave for the best vacation we have ever had!!!

Darling getaway ~ lovely appointments ~ convenient to everything, yet away from the downtown O.C. hustle and bustle. Pleaceful setting ~ reading/relaxing on balcony overlooking the canal is wonderful. Favourite restaurant ~ Nantucket ~ nearby, and within walking distance to beach, Dumser's for breakfast, and Old Mill Crabhouse. Cyndi and Dave have thought of everything!

We have stayed here for 2 years in a row now and LOVED it!! It is clean and nicely decorated, feels like home. Nice pool, and the walk to the beach even with 2 kids was a breeze! Would highly reccomend staying here!! Wonderful owners, everything was smooth and organized!
