This home is conveniently located on South Fletcher Avenue between Mizell Steet and Allen Street. Although the home is not an ocean front property, there are great views of the endless ocean from the roof top deck. The beach access is directly across the street. Super convenient!

This home has recently been remodeled and offers tasteful furnishings and linens. The downstairs unit is a 2-bedroom/2-bath unit. The master bedroom houses a king size bed, a private bath and cable TV. The second bedroom has a trundle that can convert to a king or 2 twins. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a washer and dryer.


The upstairs unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a LCD TV/DVD combo.

Keep in mind; I will only rent the home to one party at a time. So, please, don't worry about someone renting the unit on top or below you, I will not double book the home! Choose the unit that is right for you and your family and enjoy the peace and quiet!
The downstairs unit sleeps 4 comfortably. The upstairs unit sleeps 6 with ease. Rent one unit or both. Perfect for large family get-a-ways.

We recently added a HUGE deck that is located on top of the roof. This new addition offers endless views of the ocean. The deck is fully furnished with loungers, chairs, and tables. Feel free to eat dinner under the stars or enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins! (Yes, you can spot dolphins from the deck. We see them all the time!)

During your stay please take advantage of the private outdoor shower. The shower has hot/cold water and is perfect for rinsing off the sand and salt!
Please don't bother packing beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards or beach towels. We offer all of that stuff! We even have a beach cart to haul everything to the beach.

This home truly has everything you need to have a stress free vacation including a large gas grill, a library of DVD movies (over 270), a Playstation 2 with 30+ games, a washer/dryer (in both units), WIFI, and unlimited long distance calling within the US. (We even supply blow dryers!)


Early check-ins and late checkouts are determined on whether someone is checking-in/out on the day you need the service. If no one is checking-out on the day of your arrival feel free to check in as early as you like. Same goes for late checkouts. If no one is checking-in the day you depart... take your time and check out late!

Because the unit is managed by me....not a company....it is super clean and very inviting. I will do my best to make your vacation one to remember.

  • We enjoyed our time at your home very much. It was so convenient and close to everthing. The dogs had so much fun meeting the neighbors, who made us feel very welcome. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The view from the rooftop deck is great and we really enjoyed sitting to look at the stars. The only thing missing was a telescope and the names of constellations. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The location of the house is very convenient to everything that we enjoy-beach and shopping! The kids described watching the firework's on the 4th from the top deck as "AWESOME". Our group was able to reconnect and relax for a long weekend at the beautiful home, just across the street from the ocean. The dogs had a blast as well! The house was so clean and well stocked with great amenities - the rooftop deck was awesome! And thanks so much for the great recommendation to brunch at Cafe Karibou with the dogs on Sunday morning after checkout - it was a fantastic shady spot with great food!   • Shannon and Alan, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach house, we've come home with lots of wonderful new Fernandina memories. This was our third visit to Fernandina, we enjoyed the comfort and convenient location, very close to the beach, a short trip to Historic Fernandina, dining, and shopping. While the roof top deck is fantastic, we spent many hours on the equally enjoyable front porch. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation and with WIFI you still have the option to stay connected if you wish. When we asked to extend our stay for another night (still wishing we would have had time for another week), Shannon was very helpful and arranged for it without a problem. We'd love to be back and will keep your page bookmarked!
