Accommodations:  Guest Cottage, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Why stay in a hotel when you and your family can stay in a charming Victorian Guest Cottage with wrap-around porches, tin roof, and rocking chairs overlooking a flower garden and four lovely acres? It is very private but close to everywhere you may want to go in Nashville or in the historic town of Franklin, which has fascinating historical sites, shops, lots of antique stores, and many wonderful restaurants.

The cottage is perfectly outfitted for your family or a group of friends, with three bedrooms (2 up-1 down), 2 bath(both down), cable, wireless, DVD, kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, sitting room with futon, and washer/dryer.The beds are great quality with 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals in or there are many wonderful restaurants nearby. It even has an office you can work in! There is a futon for overflow as well as two couches.
Guests may use the pool(which is shared with the owners), as long as an adult is always present with children.
All you need to bring is your suitcase and some groceries!
6 adult and 2 children maximum- no more than 3 cars.

  • We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. The cottage was very spacious, with all the comforts of home. We came for a Sisters' Weekend in Nashville/Franklin and so enjoyed waking up each morning to the beautiful gardens, Tennessee hills and deer. The owners were extremely gracious and provided us with every convenience as well as great suggestions for sightseeing. Thank you so much!

  • We stayed at the guest cottage the last week of August. It was wonderful! A very peaceful setting and everything you could ever need. A short drive to the grocery store and Loveless Cafe. The pool was great and the accommodations were very spacious and comfortable.

  • We surely enjoyed our stay this past weekend at your lovely guest cottage. It was such a wonderful setting for meeting our son and his friend from St. Louis. I could not imagine finding a more ideal place for relaxing and for conveniently touring Franklin and Nashville. Also, I must say that having coffee on the back porch overlooking the flower garden and your beautiful grounds was just heavenly. We can hardly wait to visit with you again.

  • We had 3 couples staying at the cottage March 20-27, 2009. It was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy time with friends sitting by the fireplace and on the porch soaking up the sun. It is so much more intimate than a hotel. Thanks for making our trip to the area so relaxing.

  • March 6-8, 2009 -- A little slice of heaven! So much nicer than staying in a hotel. All the comforts of home -- there's nothing like sightseeing in Nashville all day and then coming home to curl up in front of a fire. I can't wait to come back and see all the flowers in bloom!

  • This was a wonderful experience for the Brown family. June 4th-11th..CMA music festival in Nashville was super. The house was very comfortable, great beds, was equiped with everything you could need. Great deck for sitting and watching the deer and turkeys on the lawn. Easy location to everything including the famous Loveless Cafe...
