See Fall Discounted Rates below...Lovely three bedroom Townhouse great all year round... the resort is situated on a beautifully designed golf course which is set along the banks of the Pemigewasset River. Whether you enjoy golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter it's a lovely area that I'm sure you will enjoy.

The Townhouse is tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eye. We have recently updated the kitchen with new cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters and hardwood cherry flooring. Bathrooms have recessed lighting, granite counters and new flooring.
There are two double beds in the master suite with a private bath, and a private porch to sit and relax. We also have added a electric wall fireplace in the Master Bedroom adds a nice cozy feeling on a cold night. Second bedroom on first floor has a queen-size bed with bath right beside the bedroom. Upstairs bedroom has three twin-size beds and in the loft there is a pull out bed in the chair and a half.
Locked area on the porch of Townhouse is provided for skiis or golf equipment. Please enjoy and respect what we have provided for you and we hopefully will have many more enjoyable visits with you.
Outdoor pool is heated and new indoor pool and Jacuzzi is complete and in use. Enjoy the game room area (billards, ping pong and other games). There is a play yard for little ones right next to the outside pool area. Basket ball and tennis courts are available as well as shuffle board.
Snowmobile lovers you can use corridor trail 11 right from our site all the way to Lincoln. Cross country skiers go to Exit 31 for many beautiful vista's all the way to Waterville Valley.
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Must be 21 years of age to rent property
* Sorry NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
* Prefer payment is 50% at time of booking and the balance due 1 month prior to your stay. Pls add 8% for lodging tax.
Security deposit of $200 is required and will be returned promptly within one week of stay after cleaning company confirms there has been no damage to property.
We do have a PayPal account.
* Cancellation policy: if you cancel within three weeks of your stay and we rent the period you reserved, we will return in full.

Why the Owner Chose Woodstock
There are many reasons I purchased a town home in Woodstock, NH but mainly because it is a lovely area where the town homes are situated on a beautifully designed GOLF COURSE which is set along the banks of the Pemigewasset River. If you like to ski it's just minutes to Loon, Cannon and Waterville Vally. Most of all I bought at the JOL becauses I used to come here with my family when they were just little and there were only cottages instead of the town homes but we had many memories with our children and now we can take our grand children here to enjoy and hope to continue making many more memories with friends and family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The unit has been recently updated with a new kitchen and updated baths. This is an all year round unit where you can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. On site they have 2 tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board, and play yard for little ones. There is a beautiful indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool in the summer. There is a game room with pool table, ping pong table, and more.....

I am a retired business man having been CFO at a few major companies and VP of a major Boston Bank many years ago, I was now looking to invest in some property where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. I thought of the JOL RESORT as I had taken my children there when they were young and remembered how much they thoroughly enjoyed it. So 8 years ago we purchased a townhome here and have never regreted it. I now have grand children and they too are making more wonderful memories.
