Great all year round... the resort is situated on a beautifully designed golf course which is set along the banks of the Pemigewasset River. Whether you enjoy golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter it's a lovely area that I'm sure you will enjoy.

The Townhouse is tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eye. We have recently updated the kitchen with new cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters and hardwood cherry flooring. Bathrooms have recessed lighting, granite counters and new flooring.
There are two double beds in the master suite with a private bath, and a private porch to sit and relax. We also have added an electric wall fireplace in the Master Bedroom adds a nice cozy feeling on a cold night. Second bedroom on first floor has a queen-size bed with bath right beside the bedroom. Upstairs bedroom has three twin-size beds and in the loft there is a pull out bed in the chair and a half.
Locked area on the porch of Townhouse is provided for skiis or golf equipment. Please enjoy and respect what we have provided for you and we hopefully will have many more enjoyable visits with you.
Outdoor pool is heated and new indoor pool and Jacuzzi is complete and in use. Enjoy the game room area (billards, ping pong and other games). There is a play yard for little ones right next to the outside pool area. Basket ball and tennis courts are available as well as shuffle board.
Snowmobile lovers you can use corridor trail 11 right from our site all the way to Lincoln. Cross country skiers go to Exit 31 for many beautiful vista's all the way to Waterville Valley.

* Must be 21 years of age to rent property
* Sorry NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
* Prefer payment is 50% at time of booking and the balance due 1 month prior to your stay. Pls add 9% for lodging tax.
Security deposit of $200 is required and will be returned promptly within one week of stay after cleaning company confirms there has been no damage to property.
We do NOT take credit cards.
* Cancellation policy: if you cancel within three weeks of your stay and we rent the period you reserved, we will return in full.

Why the Owner Chose Woodstock
There are many reasons I purchased a town home in Woodstock, NH but mainly because it is a lovely area where the town homes are situated on a beautifully designed GOLF COURSE which is set along the banks of the Pemigewasset River. If you like to ski it's just minutes to Loon, Cannon and Waterville Vally. Most of all I bought at the JOL becauses I used to come here with my family when they were just little and there were only cottages instead of the town homes but we had many memories with our children and now we can take our grand children here to enjoy and hope to continue making many more memories with friends and family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
NEW HD TV 47" screen. The unit has been recently updated with a new kitchen and updated baths. This is an all year round unit where you can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. On site they have 2 tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board, and play yard for little ones. There is a beautiful indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool in the summer. There is a game room with pool table, ping pong table, and more.....

I am a retired business man having been CFO at a few major companies and VP of a major Boston Bank many years ago, I was now looking to invest in some property where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. I thought of the JOL RESORT as I had taken my children there when they were young and remembered how much they thoroughly enjoyed it. So 8 years ago we purchased a townhome here and have never regreted it. I now have grand children and they too are making more wonderful memories.

My daughter, grandchildren and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It was decorated beautifully and very convenient to all of the area attractions. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have "quiet time". The pools and hot tub were great, as we had awesome weather the whole week. We look forward to staying in this lovely home again in the future.

"Jack's Place" was perfect for the needs of our extended family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and three children ages 6 to 10). We love to hike and the location was ideal for us to sample several wonderful hikes over Columbus Day weekend. Each day we retreated to this beautiful, comfortable home with everything we could have wanted or needed at our fingertips. The recreational facilities there on the grounds satisfied everyone and the neighborhood was quiet and safe...we could shoot baskets or play ping pong or catch or go for a swim and soak in the hot tub (and more)...it's all right there. The home's decor is beautiful, modern, and comfortable with obvious attention to detail and to the potential needs of guests. We will keep Jack's Place high on the list of best places to stay in New Hampshire!

We stayed at this townhouse for 5 days this summer and had a perfect experience. This unit is very well kept and wonderfully appointed. The furniture was of high quality as was the beautiful remodelled kitchen.This resort was wonderful with tons of open play space for kids and a lovely indoor and outdoor pool. The owners were proffesionl and courteous. This is a perfect family resort. Although the resort had many families staying there it was quiet and very friendly.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this beautiful and well appointed condo for a week with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandsons! The condo was very well stocked with extra linens and plenty of kitchen accessories to make preparing meals very easy, including a great gas grill outside the porch! And our grandsons loved the upstairs loft with it's own bath, play area and a TV in their bedroom! The location was fantastic and we were less than 15 minutes from many of the White Mountain summer attractions (Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River Gorge and the Off-road Safari Adventures in Lincoln.) Jack-O-Lantern Resort is a great place for children with lots of open areas for playing games, enjoying shuffleboard and the two pools! Jack and Kathy Clifford are easily accessible by phone and were very helpful with answering our questions! We would love to stay here again!

Just spent Labor Day week-end with 2 other couples at this very well maintained condo. Have stayed at other condos in same resort but by far this was the best. Plenty of privacy for everyone and we will definitely return to this unit again.

Dear Jack and Kathy Just wanted to say Thank you for letting us stay in your incredible and oh so comfortable condo.Everything about it was top notch and the resort itself was beautiful....Just wish I knew how to golf...Its a great place to unwind,relax and enjoy all the White Mountains have to offer..It was fully stocked with everything and I would have loved to take the beds home with me Kids will love Clarks and Whales Tale Water Park..It was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed in the Lincoln area...You will NOT be disappointed Kathi Carson and family

We just enjoyed a very stay at the condo in woodstock. My family has stayed up in the area for over 20 years, and this is of the best condo's we have stayed at. Very well made, comfortable, use of space very well designed. Will undoubtably return.

Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic time in the White Mountains. Your condo exceeded all our expectations. Your attention to detail and its immaculate condition is to be commended. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone. I couldn't praise it high enough. The girls(aged 7 and 10) loved all the games and DVDs and in particular having their own space in the loft!
