Beautiful Townhouse, Perfect Location!!

My friends and I rented this townhouse as a place to stay while we went snowboarding at loon mountain. It ended up being such a beautiful, quaint townhouse right off the highway, and was super easy to get to! The townhouse was so pristine, super clean, and had everything you needed including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, grill, and all the cookware/utensils. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone who wanted to get away for the weekend!

We couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo was great! Clean, nice updates (kitchen, TV, etc). Easy to find & convienient to the slopes (Loon & Waterville) This condo was only 50 YDS to the clubhouse with a really nice game room , pool, ...and above all - HOT TUB (great after a day of skiing). The owner was very easy to deal with, responsive & provided clear instuctions (how to use/find amenities). We will be back!!!

Beautiful Condo

My daughter, grandchildren and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It was decorated beautifully and very convenient to all of the area attractions. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have "quiet time". The pools and hot tub were great, as we had awesome weather the whole week. We look forward to staying in this lovely home again in the future.

Great home base for day hikes in the White Mountains!

"Jack's Place" was perfect for the needs of our extended family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and three children ages 6 to 10). We love to hike and the location was ideal for us to sample several wonderful hikes over Columbus Day weekend. Each day we retreated to this beautiful, comfortable home with everything we could have wanted or needed at our fingertips. The recreational facilities there on the grounds satisfied everyone and the neighborhood was quiet and safe...we could shoot baskets or play ping pong or catch or go for a swim and soak in the hot tub (and more)...it's all right there. The home's decor is beautiful, modern, and comfortable with obvious attention to detail and to the potential needs of guests. We will keep Jack's Place high on the list of best places to stay in New Hampshire!

We stayed at this townhouse for 5 days this summer and had a perfect experience. This unit is very well kept and wonderfully appointed. The furniture was of high quality as was the beautiful remodelled kitchen.This resort was wonderful with tons of open play space for kids and a lovely indoor and outdoor pool. The owners were proffesionl and courteous. This is a perfect family resort. Although the resort had many families staying there it was quiet and very friendly.

We stayed in this beautiful and well appointed condo for a week with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandsons! The condo was very well stocked with extra linens and plenty of kitchen accessories to make preparing meals very easy, including a great gas grill outside the porch! And our grandsons loved the upstairs loft with it's own bath, play area and a TV in their bedroom! The location was fantastic and we were less than 15 minutes from many of the White Mountain summer attractions (Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River Gorge and the Off-road Safari Adventures in Lincoln.) Jack-O-Lantern Resort is a great place for children with lots of open areas for playing games, enjoying shuffleboard and the two pools! Jack and Kathy Clifford are easily accessible by phone and were very helpful with answering our questions! We would love to stay here again!

Just spent Labor Day week-end with 2 other couples at this very well maintained condo. Have stayed at other condos in same resort but by far this was the best. Plenty of privacy for everyone and we will definitely return to this unit again.

As avid skiers living in southern New Hampshire we have often rented condos or stayed at a hotel during our vacations and long weekends. The very positive comments in the guest book made us confident we would have a nice palce to stay. We were not dissapointed. Every thing was clean, neat and well equiped right down to the fine towels, linens and beds. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and all fit comfortably. We will definitely plan to stay here for our future ski vacations.

We had very specific requirements for this year's vacation as my Mom was coming with us. She's 92 and needed privacy but be accessible to our kitchen and she loves to sit outside. Our month long stay at your perfect condo allowed her all she needed, and we had wonderful accommodations for our family as well. We've rented before and had never found such a well stocked, comfortable, clean home...a home in every sense of the word. Thank you so much for your flexibility in case we needed to stay longer if Florida had been hit with hurricanes again (thank goodness it wasn'[t necessary this year!) Great golf, great restaurants, terrific fresh vegetables at the Campton Farm Stand Store...what else could make a special NH vacation more perfect! Thank again.

Thanks Jack for letting us rent your property. This is our second year in a row renting " Jack's place ". It really is a home from home and we would definitely recommend it. Very clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Plenty for children to do locally and in a radius of about 1hour around the condo. On-site there are two pools, tennis courts and a golf course. We hope to return again in the future.

My husband and I and our 15 year old son stayed at the Clifford's Condo for Labor Day Week-end. We cannot say enough about the way the Cliffords have made their property feel like home. The way they decorated it to all the little things that they provide for their guests. We were pleasantly suprised and would have loved to stay longer! Those of you who just want to kick back and relax they have videos for all ages and even music cd's. My favorites were the 70's hits!I promise that you will not regret staying here. We'll definitely come back!

In July 2005, my husband, myself, our 2 kids ages 2 and 8 and my parents stayed in the Clifford's condo at the Jack O Lantern Resort. All of us were impressed with the accomodations and all the extras provided by the Clifford's. We have rented several places in and around the area and this was by far the nicest, most well kept home we have stayed in. Over the last several years I've rented several condos for ski trips in the northeast. I can say unequivically the Jack Clifford's condo at the Jack-O-Lantern resort is the cleanest, most tatefully decorated and well appointed that I've encountered. Everything from the furnishings, to the linens, to the cooking equpment was first class. The gas fireplace was especially appreciated after a long day of skiing at Loon and we were pleased at the selections of games, CD's, and movies that were on site. The condo is right off of I-93, making the drive there and back exceptionally easy. No one could be dissappointed.

Jack, We have rented condos and homes in many New England locations and have not found a better equipped, well maintained and comfortable rental. I wish I brought my golf clubs, the course looked beautiful. The 2-bedrooms on the first floors were perfect for the members of our family that don't like stairs. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. We have rented vacation houses in several locations in the US and Europe, and were happy with most of them, but never as delighted as when we walked in the door of this rental. Kathy and Jack's loving and tasteful touches are everywhere. It was better than the best hotel we've stayed in. The place is so very tastefully decorated and stocked with everything one might ever need. And best of all, the beds are extremely comfortable! I can't wait to go back!

We stayed for one week in early July 2004 in Mr. Cliffords Appartment. We did like New Hampshire but even more we liked the appartment we had the pleasure to stay in for the 7 nights. Everything was there what you can think off, we should have check it out before shopping! The rooms are very specious, warmly decorated and just perfect for our family. We could have even had friends staying with us, we never used the upstairs rooms. Thank you for a great time and if we ever travel again in this region, we hope we can stay there again! This Condo is very comfortable and is supplied with everything you need to make dinner. Jack adds so many nice things like shampoo, soaps, linens towels,and coffee. You don't have to pack as much. The bed in the Master bedroom is so comfortable. In addition, everyone can have privacy. There are 3 separate bedrooms. It's perfect for a group of people. We've rented twice now, and plan on coming back.

We have 3 children ages 8 - 16 and it can be a challenge to find a place that accomodates all ages and likes. There are a variety of activities on site to keep all ages happy. The condo is spacious, bright, cheery, well decorated and clean. The owners take excellent care of their property to ensure a great stay. We have stayed in many rentals and this unit is ideal for families and the price is lower than many others. Highly recommend!

Our group had a wonderful winter weekend at your condo. The fireplace made us feel warm and cozy, and the kitchen was well equipped. Our kids sure enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the clubhouse! The Mediterranean decor was better than any of our homes! Proximity to cross-country skiing was our goal, and we had it with your location near beautiful N. Woodstock and Lincoln. Plus, the price was more reasonable than other places for a weekend rental. Thanks!
