This Mexican Paradise is located in a perfect location at the north end of Mazatlan's Golden Zone and the Mazatlan Marina. We border El Cid’s wedding cabana & private beach areas adjoining the boat marina. The Marina offers a scenic cushion from all of the crowds & vendors ...offering beautiful sandy beaches stretching on like very few places you will find ...yet you are still just steps away from the city life and action if you prefer! It is a great place to gather sea shells, walk the beach, gather in the sun or enjoy the surf.
La Marina features an all new & expanded patio, cabana, pool & jetted hot-tub. In the evenings bring your own food down to the gas bar-b-cue by the poolside patio, or sit out by the ocean on a private raised patio and watch the sun set over the waves!
This unit is decorated in fun & traditional “Old Mexican” colors. It is one of the best views in the entire complex! It is an upper floor unit almost to the end of the building & overlooking the pool, beach, marina & Pacific Ocean. You get spectacular views, sunsets and city views. The photos are taken from your deck! It is located on the sunny & warm side of the complex during the winter and spring months… and cooler side when it gets hot during the summer and fall! It offers not only spectacular daytime views of the ocean and surf and marina activity… at night you get the marina & city lights… sometimes there is also a wedding or special fiesta way down below at the marina El Cid cabana …yet from the hallway window you can still hear the waves crashing in from the surf below ...you are still that close… paradise…
This complex retains it original charm and most units have the same people returning for years. It is rare to find one with original mini glass tiles...still a mix of some old and new… but it is in Mexico… and very affordably priced...and much bigger and more charming than you will ever find in a hotel. There is a full functional kitchen with refer, gas stove, utensils, coffee pots, new glasses, new toaster, microwave, etc.. All fresh paint, new drapes, linens & new deluxe king sized bed. There is also a small day bed in the master bedroom. They keep the building in immaculate condition, very clean. Daily maid service is available.
This complex has friendly English speaking staff & 24 hour full security on site. There are 2 full sized elevators.
There is a seasonal restaurant & bar, plus small grocery store in complex. Building has a complete & tested water filtration system. Bring (or rent) the racket, shoes & shorts as there are fully maintained red clay tennis courts.
>>LOOK AT A MAZATLAN MAP….find the Marina…we are on the beach, just on the north side of the marina’s opening….a perfect location…WHY?? We hop on the little marina boat which operates every day continually back and forth across the marina …walk thorough the El Cid hotel lobby….dropping us at the tip of the Golden Zone and then into the middle of all the action… shops…restaurants…health club….marina fishing charters…cheap buses or taxis to Central Market & Downtown or Grand Plaza. There is a new health club just across the street from there, Saludable’, or the El Cid bus will take you free to their other hotel for shopping….line up a day tour to Copala…. we could go the other direction north….walk the quiet beach…go to lunch at Torres Resort, …Water park, Playa Bruha…… discover Mazatlan…. It Is Fun! ... and we have the perfect spot. We Do Hope to see you soon! |
