The condo living area is newly decorated in bright blues and yellows with a little touch of red for accent carrying out the popular beach motif. The kitchen has new stainless appliances, custom cabinets, and granite kitchen and bath counter tops. Tile throughout except master bedroom which has wall to wall carpet. TV/VCR player in master bedroom, and TV/DVD in living room. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combination and vanities with granite surfaces.
This gulf front resort has lush, tropical landscaping. The complex offers 10 swimming pools (Three which are heated in Winter), tennis courts, hot tubs, game room, fully equipped fitness center(for a fee), restaurants, Starbucks gift shop, Par 3-9 hole Golf Course, two elevators, and a tram service to get you to anywhere on the property.
Pier Park, a new shopping mall just a few miles from the complex, includes Dillard’s, J C Penny’s, Target, numerous small shops, restaurants, movies, and more.

We had a great time!!! Your condo was so beautifully decorated and very clean!! And the king sized bed was so comfortable, too!! It was also great being on the first floor...just steps from the pool or beach access. It was just perfect!! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation! We will be renting from you again in the future!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful! We wanted to be close to the beach and shopping, but still have our peace and quiet..& we got all of the above staying here. It was great and we would definitely stay again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.
