  We stayed with another family for spring break. I grew up in MS so over the years I started out in Destin and moved East. We LOVED Emerald Rose! The house was great and so close to the beach. The last couple of years we have stayed in WaterColor or Seaside and I can't say enought about Seagrove. We would ride our bikes into Seaside, enjoy it, and be so thankful when we got back to this relaxing neighborhood. I have recommended Emerald Rose to everyone I talk to and only hope they don't snag a week that I want. Thank you Mark for a great vacation.

  For years we rented a different house every summer, always looking for the perfect place, until we found Emerald Rose...we love it so much it's been our rental of choice for the last 7 years. Located on a quiet street, the house is beautifully furnished and very well maintained, with all the comforts and amenities needed to ensure a wonderful trip. The floor plan with 2 master suites is ideal as my husband and I travel with my brother and his wife, our mother, and all the kids. There is plenty of space and privacy for everyone, and the common areas are designed to accommodate our large group as we cook and dine together in the evenings. The two balconies, screened porch, and downstairs sitting area provide extra space for reading and relaxation. A walk to the beach or pool takes only a minute or two, and the paths and boardwalk make it an easy trip even with young children in tow. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and the atmosphere on the beach is appropriate for all. Small markets, restaurants, and a Publix grocery store are all within a short drive. The owners continually update the house which they so clearly love, and each visit reveals something new that they have added or changed. They are extremely nice and easy to work with, making our repeated trips even more enjoyable and simple to coordinate...we are looking forward to another great vacation this summer.

  Our family has stayed at Emerald Rose for several years now. The house is very well furnished and maintained and the owners extremely friendly and accommodating. We really enjoy the layout of the house which offers privacy to those looking for a quiet moment. We all gather each evening in the kitchen and adjoining porches as we prepare dinner while enjoying a little music and drink. The beach is just a couple of minutes away down easily walked paths and boardwalks. The neighborhood, beach, and pool are very family oriented. Restaurants, seafood markets, and grocery stores are very nearby and easily accessible. We have vacationed in many places over the years and have spent countless hours searching for the perfect place but have yet to find a better value than Emerald Rose. We very much look forward to two weeks in paradise this summer!

  I have stayed at the Emerald Rose three times now, and everytime is better than the last. The easy access to the beach, pools in the neighborhood, and closeness to downtown Seagrove makes it a great place to stay. The house itself is in immaculate condition; I was suprised at the size of the bedrooms for a beach house, and the great amenities that the house provided. Besides this the family who owns the house are wonderful people whom made the scheduling and the stay very easy. Not once has the house been even a bit dirty on the inside or the out when i have stayed there. I would definitely suggest this house to a family, couple, or group of friends looking for something in this area.

  We just returned from a week at Emerald Rose. It was a fantastic way to stay in Seagrove. My wife and our family have been vacationing in Seagrove for over 16 years. We have always stayed at One Seagrove Place, because its on the beach. I had a little hesitation staying off the beach, but I will do so from now on. Emerald Rose helped me change my mind! They house is wonderful, spacious and very relaxing. Its big enough if you have a number of adults w/ kids and small enough if you wanted to go w/ just a small family. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a house to stay in. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home. We hope to return again soon.
