  Great cabin in a great location close to town, fishing and the lake. Clean and well maintained. Has all the supplies you need for your stay including pots and pans, dishes, bath towels, sheets, etc. Hot tub on the back deck is clean and enjoyable. I have been to this cabin twice and have plans to go back. I highly recommend this cabin. You will not be disappointed.

  I really liked the location. The surrounding mountains were great and exactly what I wanted. The cabin was clean and in good shape. They provided firewood, pots and pans, and clean beds. I will definitely go back regularly.

  The cabin was even better than described. The cabin was secluded which made us feel like we were in our own little world. The hike up the trails is well worth the amazing view you get at the top. Also, it was nice to finish off the day with a dip in the hot tub. The property managers are beyond friendly and took the time to help us start a fire. We will be visiting again !!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Lindy, Thank you so much for the best vacation ever! All of us loved it, and still can't believe how perfect EVERYTHING was. I felt so proud, because my brother and our friends loved it as much as I did, (Buddy Holly too) We felt very comfortable there, and are hoping to reserve it for next year. I think you know how lucky you are to have Marvadean and Buddy, they were absolutely wonderful. We were very happy to have met them, you could not ask for any nicer or caring people. We are all greatful to have found your place, we could not have asked for anything better, it was perfect in everyway.

  The cabin was so much more than we expected. I took my 2 kids there for some time away from the Florida heat, armed with daily plans of things to do, but after arriving at the cabin and seeing how beautiful it was we threw most of those plans out the window and just wanted to stay there and not venture out. I have to say our favorite thing at the cabin was the creek. All of us spent a ton of time playing in it, catching crayfish and looking for unique stones, worn down by the flow of water. After a bit of rain the creek swells and becomes an amazingly adventurous river of fun. The peace and solitude of the area was a welcome break from everyday life. Thank you Lindy for the perfect "home away from home ". Next on my wish list is hoping to enjoy Collett Creek in the winter time !

  My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Collette Creek Cabin. The place was very comfortable and everything you needed plus more. We were able to bring out 2 girls along. (4 legged) We enjoyed the walks along the creek each day and evening and hot tubs and fire pit were enjoyed every day. We plan on returning asap. Thank you Lindy and Todd for sharing your lovely wooded retreat.

  My wife and I stayed a few nights on our way through the Smokey Mountains. The cabin is fantastic. It is very private. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire, under the stars, until early into the morning. The sounds of the creek made it so peaceful. We are going back in August! Lindy was great to work with and was sure to follow up with us after our stay to make sure everything was perfect.

  We had a wonderful time at the Collett Creek Cabin. The owners were spot on with their description of this amazing retreat and so easy to work with. The cabin and grounds were beautiful, clean and spacious. The trails on the property were an unexpected treat. They were well marked and clear. The creek is so nice to hear, see and fish in. We will be recommending this beautiful spot to our friends and relatives. Thanks Lindy for making our stay so wonderful.

  Everything was wonderful from the beginning to the end of our trip at this amazing Cabin. The owners were so helpful and very easy to deal with. The cabin was just as advertised. Clean, spacious and welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay here on Collett Creek. The trails on the property were a special surprise that we took advantage of. Private, peaceful and so lovely. We plan to come back as soon as possible.

  Your cabin was the perfect medicine I needed after two very hectic weeks at work. The seclusion was just what I needed. "Thank You" for providing so much to make our stay enjoyable. Your cabin is absolutely beautiful-the setting just set my soul ablaze with all of God's grandeur..I dearly love the mountains and it was a blessing to be in the hot tub and enjoy the beauty!

  Great escape from reality! The creek level is low but through the crystal clear water, you can see the rainbow of colored stones. Both dogs are begging for a creek in our backyard, so they can splash at home! :)

  There's a pumpkin pie baking in the oven. The rain is falling softly, the fire is warm, a cold glass of wine, and Nora Jones is singing "Come Away With Me". The creek sings along with Nora..and my heart breathes in peace..Thank you Lindy with all my heart!

  Truly a paradise! We do not want to leave. We were married here by the creek yesterday and it was WONDERFUL. The kids have had a wonderful time exploring and playing in the creek and woods. We come to Andrews at least twice a year and this will always be where we will stay! Perfect! :)

  We travel to Andrews for business and enjoy having some fun while we work. This is "by far" the best cabin rental around. It is all anybody needs for some R&R. Work is never a bad day by a creek with a hot tub and grill. We'll be back Nov, Aug, & Sept 2012.

  "Came backfor a second time and loved it just as much as the first! Rafting at Nanatahala Outdoor Center and tubing in Cherokee was fantastic. Also chased waterfalls in Nantahala through the Gorge's State Park. Enjoyed the Alum Cave Hike in the Smokies as well! We'll definetly be back!"

  "This place provided the sanctuary we needed to escape our hectic life...It was fun to get out & explore but we were always happy to come back to our secluded getaway at the end of the day. Best hot tub I've ever been in! The kids loved the creek, the hot tub, and of course roasting marshmellows on the camp fire. I loved getting up in the morning before everyone else woke up, and walking up the creek. The whole area is beautiful and a great place to reconnect. Loved the cabin and the trees.:)"

  "LOVE this place. Even better than we imagined!I brought my husband as a surprise for his birthday and he could not have been happier! We fished a lot & everywhere! We enjoyed the fresh caught trout for several of our meals! Love the grill and especially the hot tub!! Love the secluded & private place this is...So beautiful, perfect retreat!   We just spent three nights at the Collett Creek Cabin and we couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations. First of all, even though the cabin is close to town, groceries, restaurants, etc., it is marvelously secluded, with a creek running alongside the large deck and hot tub. Very relaxing! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Also, the cabin is convenient to Smoky Mountains Park, Asheville, and Nanthala River recreational area. If you're looking for a relaxing "getaway" cabin in a breathtaking area of the country, this rental is just the ticket!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
