This one bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in an ocean front complex on the closest beach to Orlando. Great for family fun, romantic getaways or 2 couples vacationing together, the condo is on the 5th floor and has beautiful and relaxing southeast ocean views from the spacious private patio. The master suite has a king size bed, private bathroom and TV. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a second TV with a DVD and VCR - room for everyone to spread out! A second bathroom allows this condo to easily accommodate either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children.

You get all the amenities of home with this well furnished condo. Cook your own meals if you like in the fully equipped kitchen complete with all dinnerware, utensils, dishwasher and microwave. Or, dine out in one of the areas many great restaurants if you’re tired from playing on the beach in the Florida sun all day! There are several grocery stores and many excellent restaurants within a few miles of the condo, so you don’t have to go far to get all your favorite foods.

There is a large heated pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy year round as well as lighted tennis and basketball courts all on this property for your use. The grounds are immaculately clean and maintained. The Atlantic Ocean is just outside the complex’s private gated pool area so you can enjoy endless hours of swimming, surfing, wake boarding, or relaxing in the sun just steps from your condo. It’s romantic for couples and incredible fun for families. We supply beach chairs and wake boards.

Ron Jon’s World Famous Surf Shop and the bustling Cocoa Beach Pier is only 2 miles down the street. Port Canaveral is minutes away by car, so you can hop on a gambling boat excursion for the day with Sterling or Sun Cruz, or add a Carnival or Disney Cruise on to your stay. Kennedy Space Center is nearby to explore, or book this condo during a shuttle launch for a one of a kind experience you will never forget!

This condo is also in a great location to enjoy all of what Central Florida has to offer. We are only 45 minutes away from the Orlando airport. Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World theme parks are an easy hour drive on the Beach Line expressway (Hwy 528) from the condo. No need to put up with endless Orlando traffic – stay at this condo and drive in for attractions during the day and then return to your beachside retreat at night. This condo is on the closest beach to Orlando, so have the best of both worlds.

    • Hi there, We just got back from two great weeks of vacation. We stayed at the Cape Winds complex in Cape Canaveral. I would highly recommend this complex and renter Rebecca Crawford. If you're looking for a complex that is clean, quiet, awesome beaches, great pool, spa and sauna all on the same vicinity, this is a great spot. Very close to Orlando's attractions, about 1 hour away, easy commute for day trips. Close to food & drug store and Cocoa Beach. We had a great view from our porch of the ocean as we were ejoying our meals. Great times, great memories. Thanks!

    • Rebecca, Your place is very nice and we had a great time. We went to Disney and the Kennedy Space Center was very cool as my 10 year old son said. Wished it could have been longer. We will keep you in mind the next time we come to go to the Police Museum,and some other places we didn't get to. Thanks So Much! Billy Oliver and Family

    • This was our first time in the area & our first time renting a condo. We were very delighted to have such a great place to stay. Great view, clean accomodations, close to shopping and restaurants, everything you need for fun and relaxation at the beach. The pool was perfect & not crowded, everyone was very friendly. We can't wait to plan our next trip.
