Many world-class golf courses are in the area, including the North and South Mauna Lani courses, and those at the Orchid, Mauna Kea, Prince, and Waikoloa Beach. Renters have access to the Mauna Lani Tennis and Athletic Center, the Mauna Lani Spa, and the private owners Mauna Lani Beach Club with its white sand beach, reserved chairs, and restaurant/bar. The Beach Club has great swimming and snorkeling, as well as access to scuba diving and sunset sailing through the nearby activities center. In addition, the Villages has its own amenities center with a fully equipped fitness center, lagoon style pool and heated spa, located within a 3 minute walk out the back door. Nearby are many other world class beaches.
The Villages is also conveniently located in walking distance to the Shops at Mauna Lani where there is extensive shopping, a grocery store, and many fine restaurants including Tommy Bahamas, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Starbucks, and both Thai and Japanese cuisine. There is also an extensive selection of other fine restaurants at the nearby Resort Hotels.
