Stunning, new home in waterfront community, just 2 1/2 miles to the beach. Beautiful, open floor plan, that overlooks White's Creek, that accesses the Indian River Bay. This is for the family that wants a full range of things to do at the beach. Five minutes to the beach, go for a bike ride, lounge at the pool, kayak or fish, play tennis, or just relax on the patio and watch the wildlife. You'll find plenty of bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, beach umbrella, all the stuff that takes up so much room in the car when your leaving for vacation.
1st floor has a master bedroom with two queen beds, big screen TV, master bath with soaking tub and stand-up shower. Library can be used as a bedroom and has 2 day beds.
Large upgraded kitchen, stocked for even the finest gourmet chef. The kitchen opens up to the Florida room, overlooking the creek, and shares a two sided fireplace with the family room. The family room has high ceilings, fireplace, and a large screen TV and also overlooks the creek.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have full beds and a trundle. The other 2 bedrooms,each room has 2 twins, one with a trundle. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV.
There is a gas grill with extra tanks(they were always empty anywhere we rented) an extra refrigerator in the garage(one is never enough for our crew) detergent in the laundry room, spice rack in the kitchen, ice cream scooper, all the little things that you reach for and they are there.

this year was our second time to visit ths home and it was just as great! we really appreciate the linens, towels, and beach towels being provided for use. there is also great entertainment for small kids...a wii, karioke machine, dvds, beach umbrella, toys, etc. the huge kitchen and table are a dream...everything you need to make your meals is there and everyone can fit around the table to eat them! the distance to the pool is very close...you can see it from the front and it takes only a minute to walk over. the pool was not busy much of the time and our kids loved being able to play there. the kayaks are also a great feature...and we loved the addition of the cart to pull them over to the launch area. overall...we love this house and are hoping to return again next summer...twice!! thanks!

This house is beautiful and just as described. We thouroughly enjoyed our time there and the use of the beautiful kitchen, grill and back yard, pool, kayaks, and so much more. You are able to walk to the local grocery store, fractured prune, and starbucks! We also rode bikes to the beach one of the days. There are so many touches that make this rental "just like home". We will be returning again this year!

Beautiful home. About a mile and a half to Bethany but we usually drove to Fenwick Island State Park for the beach. The Community has a great pool. The kayaks and bikes and extra fridge were all great.
