We stayed here with our two daughters, ages 7 and 12, and it was simply amazing! The condo is beautiful, with high end finishes and yet comfortable furnishings. The resort itself is terrific... the clubhouse with its many pools was a huge source of fun for us. The nearby village is also a plus, with several nice places to eat as well as a lovely area to relax by the water and listen to live music. Jeff and Carol have done a superlative job of providing excellence and great value all in one! We will come back again!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful place to vacation!! Jeff, thank you so much for providing a beautifully decorated/furnished villa. We couldn't have asked for anything that wasn't provided. The views were fantastic! It was extremely easy to get to & very close to pretty much everything we had on our list of "Things to Do". It is a very relaxing place to stay and very much out of the "hustle & bustle" of Vegas. We recommend this to all. We will be back!

Villa is beautiful, professionally decorated, and has a 1-car attached garage. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, inside a gated community. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing place. So beautifully decorated yet very cozy and comfortable. We felt like we were coming home each time we returned from the days activities. We just wanted to drop you a little note to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home in Lake Las Vegas. The view was spectacular especially the breathtaking sunsets on the mountains. Your home was impeccably furnished with wonderful touches here and there and a well stocked kitchen. It is a charming resort, loved the little Tuscan village filled with shops and quaint cafes and restaurants. We know we will return.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in May. Everything was very comfortable and the views were awesome! During the warm days we enjoyed the pool areas. Anytime we are going to be in the area we will definitely rent again! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in this unit in June of '09. I loved it so much, I want to buy my own unit. But I want Jeff & Carol to come in and decorate it for me! Their furniture is nicer than I have at home. Nothing but top of the line here! I have stayed in places where it looks good, but when you get there the wear and tear shows and the shabby bits are all to evident. Let me assure you...not in this unit. What a treat to stay here. Nicely located to drive to Zion, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, etc. There really is more to do in Vegas other than gamble and this is the place to stay when you do. I still have the picture off of the patio as my wall paper at work. It would be an honor to come back sometime soon. Thanks!

My wife & I stayed in this fabulous Villa in April and enjoyed it more than any other place we've stayed. We use to stay in the nicest places on the strip, but decided to try luxury a few miles away. The best decision ever! The Villa is just beautiful inside and out. We could have total relaxation. Peace & quiet, beautiful scenery, a nice pool right outside your door, plus the clubhouse pool & facility is amazing. Dining and casino at the Montelago Resort if we wanted to stay close without the strip hassels. Even though we visited the strip almost every day, it was great not waking up to that in your face, but having it close at hand. I must say the beds are the best in luxury. Jeff was the easiest to work with and very helpful with everything. We look forward to coming back soon.

I stayed in this fabulous unit just over a year ago. This condo has anything you could ever want let alone need. I only wish other places I rented in other locals through this web site were as good as this one.
