Port of CAW is a gulf front gem located in the popular Sunrise Beach community, a gated private neighborhood. Located near Gulf Place on the south side of Scenic Hwy C30A, this incredible 3 bedroom/3 bath family beach home offers sweeping gulf views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest bedroom! Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico with private steps leading to our beautiful white sand beaches and pristine blue-green water, this home is chock full of amenities. New for 2012 Season – Wireless Internet!

Ground Floor/Outside: Two-car garage plus parking for 2 more cars on brick paver driveway. Second frig in garage for beach beverages. Gas grill is kept in garage and can be wheeled out for use when needed. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Beach chairs and toys are usually left in garage for renters to use. Quality and quantity varies with the season.

Second Floor: Walk up to the second story main entry into the house. The entire house has hardwood floors, ceiling fans, original artwork and fine furnishings. Large, beautifully decorated living room features gas log fireplace, deep plush sofa and love seat, side chair with foot rest and 37” LCD TV in an armoire. Adjacent dining area has seating for six. Three sets of French doors lead from living/dining room out to the deck overlooking the gulf. This balcony has a table with bench and chairs for outdoor dining, 4 Adirondack chairs and your private steps to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with tile countertops, frig with icemaker, microwave, glass top range, dishwasher and an island with 4 barstools. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Guest bedroom on this floor has queen bed, dresser, side chair and a bedside table with lamp. Hall bath has tub/shower and vanity sink.

Third Floor: Both bedrooms on this floor feature vaulted ceilings. Extra large master bedroom suite has a king bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dressing table with chair, wicker love seat and lounger chair surrounding the gas log fireplace, LCD TV and French doors leading to the third story deck overlooking the gulf. Enjoy panoramic gulf views while relaxing in one of the Adirondack chairs. Master bath has double vanity sinks, jetted spa tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds, dresser, bedside table, 2 lamps, 25” TV and French doors opening to the balcony (shared with master). Private bath has tub/shower and vanity sink. Laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer.

  • An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This path winds through nine distinctive beach communities, state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and roller-blading. As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking trails that interlace through state parks and forests that stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
