As our guest you have access to all the resort amenities and features, which include two elevated ocean-side Gulf front pools (one heated seasonally), two ocean-side hot tubs, children’s splash fountain, and fitness center. There is parking in the parking garage directly under the condominium on the beachside which makes you just an elevator ride away from your unit.
It is a short walk down the beach to the new Pier Park shopping mall which will feature more than one hundred stores and the new Rave 16-plex movie theatre.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We are a penthouse unit so we have total peace and quiet.....views are incredible!
The exercise room and pool area is the best on the beach...very spacious, modern and well maintained.
The wrap around balcony on the east end of the building , facing the gulf and also facing East, is spacious and gives us a sunrise and sunset view from out unit.
Parking is direcctly under the unit so you do not have to walk across the highway to your unit when you go grocery shopping or for arrival and departure loading and unloading.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is close to many activities that we enjoy. Pier Park with more than 100 stores and restaurants is only one mile away. There are three to five live bands on weekends and holidays at the various restaurants.
We are located almost equi distant between the two piers in Panama City Beach.
The beach is beautiful,the water is clear, the aquatic wildlife is fascinating.
We are across the street from Gulf World with porpoise and seal shows.
Bike riding is terrific!
Free public tennis courts are less than 2 miles away.
There are multiple reasonably priced golf courses within 2 to 6 miles.

Newly constructed concrete pier that is 1400 feet long. Great place to take a relaxing stroll.

If you are addicted, it is less than 500 yards from our building. It is located in the lobby of the condo next to ours.
This is a smaller version of seaworld. They do not have whales, but do have seal and porpoise shows as well as other aquatic life entertainment. www.gulfworldmarinepark.com
This gas station conveninece store is located very close to our unit so you can quickly grab convenience items you may have forgotten.
This is the closest golf course. It is an 18 hole course and costs in the range of 35 to 60 dollars a round depending on the time of year. there is also a lighted par three course www.holidaygolfc

Rick is from Lead, South Dakota and Pattie is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We live in the Atlanta area. We have two sons who have recently graduated from college and are starting their new lives. We enjoy travel, all types of athletic activities (tennis,golf, bike riding), spectator sports, and spending time with friends. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our home.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We felt like we were a guest in a lovely home. The views from the top floor was impressive! Despite bad weather the early part of the week, we had a lovely time and the weather cleared up the end of the week so we got to enjoy the beaches. I took lots of nice photos! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Our family so enjoyed our stay at your beach home. Pictures and description are so accurate, Beautiful - Beautiful - Beautiful. This home was such a pleasure to stay in and the views from the wrap around balcony are liking walking on the clouds. My girlfriends and I had a great week in your home. Breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins each morning was my favorite. Your home is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch. Great location to resturants and shopping. Plan to be vist again. Thanks for opening your home.

We arrived at this magnificent condo and we were impressed. This condo is beautifully decorated and very very clean. We had a party of 5 and had plenty of privacy, yet plenty of room for us to be together. Every morning we watch dolphins play right out front of our balcony. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Our weather was perfect. The pool is beautiful and the beach is exquisite. After the first day, we decided that we are making reservations for next year. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Rick for being so helpful and thank you and your wife for opening your home to us we loved staying there. We had the perfect vacation at your condo.

We love this place, When we walked into the door we were in awe. The condo was clean and well decorated, we felt very comfortable. The bedrooms are spaced apart, so no one feels they are cramped together. The view was wonderful . We seen dolphins every morning as we sipped our coffee on the balcony, A very peaceful and serene place. We will definately be renting this condo again.

We arrived at the resort on Saturday in June and the weather was great. We entered into the unit and it was amazing. All the decor was beautiful. The unit had everything you could want and more to make your stay perfect. We have stayed in many Condo's in Panama City and this is by far one of the best we have had. We stayed with other family members that had never been to the area and could not have picked a nicer place for them to stay. We really appreciate being allowed to enjoy Ricks home and would love to visit again in the future

This was the best rental experience I have had in my 28 years of vacationing at the beach. This is something we do every year and everything from the rental agreement to checkout was simple and easy. The unit was just as described and easy access to great food and Pier Park. It was something that I would recommend and will do again.

We traveled from Illinois to Panama City Beach with our three 20ish boys and stayed at this beautiful condo on the beach. This was the best vacation we have ever had. The condo was way above our expectations both in location and in luxury. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who gets the chance to book it. Absolutely Fantastic!!!!

This was my second stay at this condo and it was great...again. We are still talking about how comfortable the bed in the master bedroom is. This time we interacted with some of the other residents and they could not have been more friendly. The view is perfect and the condo is well furnished. This place is definitely a treat for anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay. Thanks again Rick and Pattie.

This place is beautiful. It is warm and inviting. The pictures really dont show you how nice it is. My family had the best time vacationing in "The Penthouse Suite". I was afraid I wouldnt like being so high up but I now realize it is the best place to be. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim and play and the sunset views were amazing. The wrap around balcony is huge and my daughter loved playing outside. The owner, Rick, is a pleasure to talk to and he was more than helpful with any questions I had. I have to comment about the people at Sunset Beach. We met some of the nicest people there. Some were vacationing like us and some were seasonal residents. Everyone was friendly and kind. If you are looking for a nice place to take your family to make some wonderful memories, this is it. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with my family. I look forward to our next trip.
