  Our stay at this condo was perfect! The condo was everything we hoped it would be. There were six adults (3 couples) and the condo was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. I was afraid from the pictures that the living area would not be big enough for all of us, but it turned out to be just the right size. The open concept of the kitchen was an added bonus. The size of the master bedroom and bath were huge and the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms offered plenty of room for each couple. Each couple loved having their own bathroom, that was one of the main reasons we chose this condo and it was definitely the right decision. We each had our own space and did not have to wait to take showers. We always had hot water! The balcony was huge and offered a great view of the water and beach and there was always a breeze. Rick (the owner) was very easy to work with. The rental process was very easy and efficient. Everything we needed was in the room when we arrived and we never had to call him once. The condo was clean, plenty of towels on hand, and fully equipped (even had scissors). I typically stay at the other end of Panama City (Thomas Dr area) and was a little hesitant of the location of this condo. The condo is about a mile from Pier Park and I was afraid it would be very loud and congested on this end of the strip, but to my surprise the location was perfect. It was not loud or congested at all. It was a lot more quiet than I had expected. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The fellas were even close to a golf course and for the ladies, it was close to shopping! So everyone was happy! I would definitely stay here again and only have good things to say about this condo!

  The owners have a very nice and well kept condo.We have just spent our second winter in this unit and have reserved it for next year. I would recommend this unit to anyone intrested in staying in this area. The owner is responsive and helpful.

  Fantastic! The view from the balcony for early morning dolphin and stingray watching to the unbelievable sunsets make the room a wonderful sanctuary to escape to. Our experience was off season so it was very quiet. Fully furnished and clean room, you might have to flip for the master suite if there with another couple! Would highly recommend the resort and the Shrimpboat restaurant as well.

  Thanks to Rick and your team, Our stay in this exquisite paradise was complete. From the moment you walk into the foyer you feel like you're in a cloud. The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The only thing you could heard was the surf against the shore. The split plan is great for families. The views from both sides of the balcony were breathtaking. That first cup of coffee out on the balcony at sunrise is a great start to your day on the beach, at the pool or just walking to Pier Park where there are abundant shops and restaurants to meander through or take in the night life. This location is a definite do-over.

  Rick, I'm sorry you haven't heard from me, we have been very busy with school projects. Myself and my sisters had a great time, I wouldn't change a thing, condo was amazing, and very clean, location was great. I hope to go back with my husband and 2 sons after the first of the year. The only thing I would change would be staying 2 weeks instead of 1 week. Thanks to you and your family for sharing your amazing vacation rental. Karen

  We have stayed in this condo for the past two years, and love it! The veiw is Great and everyone has their own bedroom & bath, which is very important to us. We always have a great time and the owners are so nice and helpful to deal with. Thank-you Rick!

  This was our second time renting this condo and we loved it as much if not more than the first time. The perfect start to our day was on the balcony watching the dolphins, sting rays, pelicans, the beautiful beach and the amazing water. The view from this condo is absolutely breathtaking. Staying in this magnificent condo has spoiled us we will never stay anywhere else in Panama City. We are already talking about our return to this gorgeous condo. We would like to thank Rick and his wife for sharing their home with us once again.

  This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the Gulf! We will highly recommend this condo to everyone we know. Loved how peaceful it was, and how much space you have. Our two teenagers loved it also. There's so much to do no matter what age you are. The owner's, Rick and Patti, are amazing people too. They mailed our deposit check back the day after we left! We can't wait to go back and stay here again.

  This condo was absolutely the best I have ever stayed at. It was very nicely appointed and comfortable. The view from the balcony was outstanding and every morning and evening we watched the sting-rays frolicing off shore. One afternoon, a dolphin came within 10 yards of the shore and we had a bird's eye view watching him. It was very quiet and peaceful, but was also located within walking distance of any type of shopping,restuarant or fun that you would like to engage in. My daughter had a beach wedding in front of the condo and I could not have asked for a better venue.

  This condo was a fabulous place to stay. The views were beautiful. The penthouse had a nice decorating flair. Tropical with pleasant colors. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. It was great having a washer and dryer, too. Everyone was very helpful to give us advise on how to get around, since we had never visited Panama City Beach before. We used the local coupon books to try out some of the tourist traps and we had lots of fun. The Dune Buggy track was a blast and Angelo's Steak Pit had great food. We walked the beach to the Barefoot Resort and enjoyed drinks with a fabulaous Sunset. We walked the beach a lot. The white sands and cool breezes really was relaxing. Overall if we venture South again, we will try to use this property again. We had a great, stress free vacation.
