Condo newly renovated with wood floor, counter top, tiles bathroom and more. DC restaurant, museum, special events magazine included in your condo, for free of charge. Building has electronic numerical pass code security system. Rental office located in the basement of the building, condo has high speed internet with Comcast cable, condo has digital TV, bedroom has queen-size bed. Condo is 530 sq ft , one bedroom and one bathroom. Bathroom has towels and full bathroom amenities, living room has sofabed or inflatable mattress (sleep 2), kitchen has full cookware and appliances (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher), has washer and dryer machine for small articles of clothing.
