  Ixtapa never fails to deliver and our first visit to the Amara was truly awesome! Thanks for providing such a comfortable home for all. 5 Adults and 2 Children all enjoyed the condo as well as the town! I will never stay at a hotel again; traveling with two young boys you need a kitchen! We recommend renting bikes and taking in the bike trail, snorkeling at Island of Ixtapa as well as fishing! Claudia and the staff at the Amara were so welcoming. We’ll be back! Thanks, The Andersons

  Couldn't have asked for a better holiday. We were 6 adults and 2 children and the condo was perfect for us - just as you see on this website - beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location provided access to restaurants and shopping right across the street; taxis were right out front for further excursions; the 3 pools were everything we needed and more; a beautiful beach; a gym to work off the nachos and margaritas; and the amazing sunsets....!!!! The owners were more than generous with helpful information, as was the management staff. We felt welcomed, and would definitely recommend this residence to all. - We hope to return ourselves.

  What you see is what you get!! Everything was perfect during our stay. We have been to the Ixtapa area 9+ times and are never disappointed. I highly recommend having the management arrange for a cook to come in. We had "Ellie" come to our condo and cook for us and our friends. It was an exceptional meal! She made enough food to feed us for several days. It was nice to come back to the condo at night and sit on the patio having wine and conversation with good friends.The staff and the owners at the Amara were just fabulous. They gave us many recommendations on sightseeing and restraunts. We saw whales from our balcony on two of our mornings there. I have not had a better vacation. Thank you to the Kemp's for sharing their condo with us and our friends!!

  This place is amazing. Best location with town across the street. The views are amazing from the room and pool. Have stayed at other places and Amara is the best. This condo is very clean, up to date, and enjoyable for many. Just don't go to the tequila bar across the street!!! Can't wait to go back for the third time!!

  This was so far one of the best vacations we have ever had. All you need is to show up and let yourself relax. The condo is in perfect condition and has the feeling of HOME. The views are breathtaking and the service is excellent. Our cook Angela was incredible good. Thank you for sharing your house with my family. Regards, Luis
