We are located on the 4th floor of the Amara overlooking the palm trees to the beautiful sea.
Beautiful sunsets every evening.
We are in the heart of Ixtapa Beach just walking distance to great restaurants, luxury shopping and groceries.
Each room is individually temperature controlled for your comfort.
A personal cook is available upon your request.
2 master suites on the seaside: one king bed, one queen bed.
2 bedrooms facing the beautiful mountains and golf course: both queen beds
1 maid’s quarters with bunk beds.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. (total of 5)
We have 2 wide screen TV’s, 1 in the living area, 1 in the master suite with cable service.

We have three swimming pools: large infinity pool for everyone, children’s wading pool and an adult’s only pool. There is a poolside bar that serves pretty much anything you can think of to drink! And our bartenders are great.

We have 2 paddle tennis courts on site for guests.
There is parking inside the gated property.

What you see is what you get!! Everything was perfect during our stay. We have been to the Ixtapa area 9+ times and are never disappointed. I highly recommend having the management arrange for a cook to come in. We had "Ellie" come to our condo and cook for us and our friends. It was an exceptional meal! She made enough food to feed us for several days. It was nice to come back to the condo at night and sit on the patio having wine and conversation with good friends.The staff and the owners at the Amara were just fabulous. They gave us many recommendations on sightseeing and restraunts. We saw whales from our balcony on two of our mornings there. I have not had a better vacation. Thank you to the Kemp's for sharing their condo with us and our friends!!

This place is amazing. Best location with town across the street. The views are amazing from the room and pool. Have stayed at other places and Amara is the best. This condo is very clean, up to date, and enjoyable for many. Just don't go to the tequila bar across the street!!! Can't wait to go back for the third time!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was so far one of the best vacations we have ever had. All you need is to show up and let yourself relax. The condo is in perfect condition and has the feeling of HOME.
