This area is called the " Arco de seco " or the dry arch and is the fastest most popular area near the city , with hospitals , pharmacy ,grocery, restaraunts just minutes away in Coronado. They call this area the GOLD COAST. It's a great spot to start off your many day trips that will bring you from Mountain tops to Rainforests to awesome beaches and local hangouts!
This exceptional villa is in a private location near your own beach. There is an infinity pool that overlooks the beautiful blue ocean and you are just steps away from the beach. There are approx 700 square feet and two bedrooms, 3 individual air conditioners, solid teak furniture, high end 600 count linens and cozy kitchen.(No oven but a large BBQ on the covered deck)
You can wake up to complete peace and quiet, go out and pick a mango from the tree in the back yard, then walk down to the beach and buy some fresh fish from the local fishermen. It is only a 70 minute drive from Panama City on the Pan-American Highway an easy drive. The beach is exceptional, very quiet, some days you may be the only one on the beach, don't worry there is no charge for the private beach if you are lucky enough to be that person. If you want to relax inside we have 2 televisions with satellite showing Spanish and English Channels.
There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby with local prices, so don't be surprised if you and your companion have one of the best dinners ever for $12 total including drinks. For some comfort food there is now a McDonalds and KFC in Coronado. There are also 2-24 hour grocery shopping in nearby Coronado a 10 minute drive or a nice bike ride. If the need arises there is a 24 hour medical clinic in Coronado with English speaking staff and world class service.
The complex consists of mostly American and Canadian owners, we also have available two identical units to this one in the complex on the other side of the pool. So if you are two parties that want your own space you may be able to rent both of them. There is a 24 hour secure gate. This unit is fully stocked with linens and towels The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, just bring your desire to relax and we have the rest. On the back deck there is a brand new propane BBQ for your enjoyment. This complex is safe and just waiting for you to stop by for a rest. Call today to secure your rental. We love the fact that we have the best of beach living with a short drive to the city , the pool is refreshing and there is so much to do every day, from 30 min drive into the mountain town of El Valle to shop and cool off, to the 20 min drive on a Sunday to join locals @ Santa Clara beach, or just chill out at Gorgona Beach , it's a little piece of heaven , come stay we know you will be back

Hi my boyfriend and I were here for almost a week , and LOVED it , it's peaceful , close to everything , yet far enough away to be quiet, the TV was great as was the pool. We picked mangoe's and cashews and had a lot of fun with the locals. The short walk to the beach was fun and tranquil , during the week it was like our own beach , and on the week-end's we enjoyed watching the surfers at Malibu a short walk away down the beach , This is a great area, we will be back. The owners were friendly and very accomodating
