High Season -- July, August -- add $30/night.
Plus one time Departure Cleaning Fee & 11.419% Hawaii State Tax.
$500 Reservation/Security Deposit required to confirm.  Refundable within 14 days
after departure.  Full Payment due 60 days before arrival (90 days for Holidays)
Major Holidays (7 night min) & Merrie Monarch (6 night min) have higher rates.
