Many sitting areas with your choice of rocker chairs, large L shaped couch, rattan couch, rattan chase lounge and chairs, alfresco table on the lanai. Children's table and chairs.

Beach level shower and toilet for convenient beach enjoyment, you will find many floats, tot toys, beach toys/blankets, skim boards, fishing poles, shell shovels and nets. When you have had enough sun but don't want to leave the beach--simply move under the cottage to the cool breezy shade provided, staying to enjoy the sounds and sights of the beach.

Rent a golf cart for fun exploration of 7 mile island. Go approx 400ft to the bayside of island and fish or net from our semi-private dock. You may also rent a boat or charter a fishing or sight seeing boat. Visit our Islands private library.

Beautiful PUBLIX grocery and bakery 1 mile from marina. Water taxi runs 24/7.

  • Carol & I spent 5 wonderful nights in Jeff's one of a kind beach house. We already live on an Island (Florida Keys/Islamorada), but the fact Little Gasparilla Island is only accessible by boat, has no stores or commercial establishments (other than the ability to rent a golf cart to explore the island..a must!) makes this a special island for those looking for a peaceful relaxing time among great people. This particular property is the envy of everyone that strolls by...don't pass this one up, as she will not be on this wonderful beach forever. Pack in just what you need to wear (bathing suits) what you need to eat & drink,then cut the quantity in half...This is rustic Island living..and you have to haul out what you haul in. No big deal...the best part is you can't buy a thing on the Island! Picture: Snook swimming the surfline, dolphins off the beach, gopher tortises, sea turtles nesting, rabbits, Osprey plucking fish out of the Ocean, gentle surf, warm water, spectacular sunsets, the sound of the surf lapping the piers of the house lulling you to sleep, spending hours in the water in front of "your" beach house....you can even dock your own boat yards from the house on the back side of the island and go fishing for Redfish, Seatrout,Pomopano, Tarpon etc. or just take a nice trip "around the corner" and anchor off the beach in front of the house, or take a run up the intracoastal and visit exclusive Boca Grande or funky Cabbage Key... Never mind...We want the beach house available next time we want to rent it! T&C Islamorada, Florida Keys

  • my family spent a week at the beach house and it was an awesome experience, the view from the deck was wonderful,,, saw dolphin. manatee and stingray swim right in front of us... walked the beach for miles and collected many beautiful shells and shark teeth... the best part of the trip was our boat tour with Capt. Dick,,, he took us on a great tour and we saw alot of sea life... we even watched a fisherman pull in a huge tarpon... it was a five star vacation
