  This beach house is a rare find...if you enjoy waking up to the sound of waves lapping against your get-away home, watching the sun rise from your own deck over the water, and having nothing to worry about except how large of a sand castle you can built that day, this beach house is the perfect place for you. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay - don't bother packing anything but bathing suits! My family stayed for a week over the holidays and had such a wonderful time, we are going back again already. It's the absolutely perfect place for young kids - there is so much nature to enjoy, it will keep them busy all day long. I have rented through VRBO on several occasions, but this beach house is my absolutely favorite find to date. The owners make renting a breeze, and are always available if any questions or issues arise. I can't recommend this home enough!

  We totally enjoyed the whole experience on Little Gasparilla Island and renting this home (location, location, location). I keep telling everyone that I highly recommend 2 weeks on an island. This home is great for so many reasons. The ocean sound at night to lull you to sleep, the morning walks with our dogs on the beach, the fresh sea trout my husband caught and cooked for us, and plenty of rays to be soaked up. Every bit of stress left me! This vacation will be talked about for years. I hope that it can all be repeated next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  Carol & I spent 5 wonderful nights in Jeff's one of a kind beach house. We already live on an Island (Florida Keys/Islamorada), but the fact Little Gasparilla Island is only accessible by boat, has no stores or commercial establishments (other than the ability to rent a golf cart to explore the island..a must!) makes this a special island for those looking for a peaceful relaxing time among great people.This particular property is the envy of everyone that strolls by...don't pass this one up, as she will not be on this wonderful beach forever.Pack in just what you need to wear (bathing suits) what you need to eat & drink,then cut the quantity in half...This is rustic Island living..and you have to haul out what you haul in. No big deal...the best part is you can't buy a thing on the Island! Picture:Snook swimming the surfline, dolphins off the beach, gopher tortises, sea turtles nesting, rabbits, Osprey plucking fish out of the Ocean, gentle surf, warm water, spectacular sunsets, the sound of the surf lapping the piers of the house lulling you to sleep, spending hours in the water in front of "your" beach house....you can even dock your own boat yards from the house on the back side of the island and go fishing for Redfish, Seatrout,Pomopano, Tarpon etc. or just take a nice trip "around the corner" and anchor off the beach in front of the house, or take a run up the intracoastal and visit exclusive Boca Grande or funky Cabbage Key...Never mind...We want the beach house available next time we want to rent it!T&C Islamorada, Florida Keys

  my family spent a week at the beach house and it was an awesome experience, the view from the deck was wonderful,,, saw dolphin. manatee and stingray swim right in front of us... walked the beach for miles and collected many beautiful shells and shark teeth... the best part of the trip was our boat tour with Capt. Dick,,, he took us on a great tour and we saw alot of sea life... we even watched a fisherman pull in a huge tarpon... it was a five star vacation
