Why the Owner Chose Seward
Our guests enjoy being right across from the ocean in their own private home as well as being in the town of Seward, rather than in an out of town subdivision.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is great to walk out the front door and across the street to the ocean. There are several "resident" sea otters that can be seen from the walking path across the street. It's really nice to be so close to all that Seward has to offer, yet be able to retreat to a quiet, comfortable house.

We stayed in July 2010. It was a great location, within walking distance of the peer where we liked to view the day's catch. Downtown we found wonderful shops including one that had the most amazing icecreams. We used this home as our base and traveled around Seward and neighboring cities to check out the sights we wanted to visit. The home was quite comfy and had all necessary conviences including washer/dryer. They had a grill with full gas tank right outside. I highly recommend for families. I am planning on staying again in 2012 and hopefully again after that. Not sure anyone could find a nicer place at this price.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
