Massimo and I live in Orange County, NY and part of our time in Anguilla. We are almost retired (he's a former restauratuer and I work in television news). We loved
Anguilla from the moment we landed there. After visiting many other islands in the Caribbean, we settled on Anguilla 16 years ago.
Why the Owner Chose Sandy Hill Bay
We chose the Sandy Hill location in Anguilla because it is removed from the more touristy side of the island, and close to the remaining natural beaches that have not yet seen development. Nowhere else can you stroll sugary white sandy beaches, swim in turquoise waters and very often be the only person there. Yet the other famous popular beaches and the world class restaurants are all a short ride away.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The apartment is spacious, with large bedrooms and baths. It has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, and offshore breezes sweep through it night and day. You are steps from one of those natural undeveloped beaches and outside your door is a 60 foot pool with comfy lounge chairs.
