  • We've just returned from the perfect trip to one of our favorite cities: Amsterdam! We've been there many times, but never enjoyed it as much as during our recent stay at 'Heeren2'! Imagine staying in a beautifully renovated canal house. It looks and feels authentic but has been very tastefully and comfortably designed. The corner of Herengracht and Brouwergracht must be one of the most photographed spots in the cityand this is were we stayed for almost a week. Experiencing Amsterdam like a local! In spite of the heavy traffic (on the road and the canal) the apartment itself is very quiet. The owners live in the same building - they never interfered but were available for us whenever we needed tips and advise (sighseeing, shopping, eating out....)! Now don't go sharing this with everyone, 'cuz we'll definitely be coming back! John and partner: thanks so much for your hospitality and letting us stay at your beautiful house!

    This is a really nice place to stay. It is in the middle of the lovely historic centre. There are nice restaurants and shops in the neighboorhoud and the atmosphere of the apartement is very good!

    Hi John, Just a quick note to let you know that I received your note and the deposit. We had a lovely time in Amsterdam, taking in many of ths sights as well as the pride parade yesterday. We just returned from a delicious meal at De Belhamel. The apartment was a fabulous base for us - and felt like home. Thank you for your hospitality - we look forward to staying at Heeren Twee again!   • Wow, we loved the apartment. It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for our stay! The view out the window was excellent and the condition of the apt. was perfect. The owner gave us all the privacy we needed but was there if we needed help or suggestions. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed, it is worth every penny.
